it blows that she really can't survive except in the worst ending. She's make a great advisor for the elden lord given how much she travelled and what she knows about Marika
If you get frenzied and burn the thorns with out her you can do Millicents quest line take her needle and exchange it for miquellas needle after beating melania then go to the dragonlord area and use it to remove the frenzied flame and get a different ending while saving Melina
@@samuelw4492 To be fair, saving Melina only robs her of the only purpose she had. If you don't rise as the Lord of Chaos, you rob her of yet another purpose, that being to kill you. She's more of a spirit than an actual person, so her purpose was the only thing she had. It feels cruel to rob her of that.
All that talk Shabriri gives about 'sparing the fair maiden' is all manipulation, that's why Melina immediately chastises you for talking to him.
Thanks for making this. I'm 50+ hours into the game and last time I saw Melina was when she took me to roundtable hold. That was easily over 35 hours ago. After that I have never seen her because I do not rest at every site of grace. I saw no reason to respawn enemies needlessly while exploring when I still had ample heals left most of the time. Such a stupid choice to make it so the player has to rest at each grace they find because playing blindly there's no way to know how many dialogue options she might have.

I know of one you missed. First time you rest at East Rays Lucaris Grate grace site you can talk to Melina and she basically tells you to pay more attention to Boc.

You can let her burn the thorns and then inherit the frenzied flame and get the frenzied ending however melina will not appear in the ending cutscene or warn you not to inherit the flame

A friend of mine is playing elden ring, and said that when he reach the capital of leyndell melina doest leave you, in fact, in his game play she says she wants to stay with you
Is that posible?

She will always leave you when you enter the capital of Leyndell at any camp you stop at.
