Ive been in NA (Narcotics Anonymous) for over a year now. Been clean since 3/1/23. I can honestly say i wouldn't be clean without NA. I know a lot of people who can say the same thing about AA
the trick is hiding in a jack shack (porta potty} when its hot, hit the pen, cough your lungs out, go back outside and it feels 10 degrees cooler. I've done it many a time lol

The best hair product I've ever used is this old fashioned stuff called "Groom & Clean". It's not a tight holding stuff like hair gel, but it's not greasy like pomade either. It gets my hair to just the right spot of not being dry, but not a greasy mess either, it's the perfect medium. Because I wash my hair every day, I work in a gross factory and I have horrible allergies, there's no way I'm going to bed with all that in my hair and getting in my pillow.

Cnc lathes is not to bad but the manual lathes will fuck you up if you do not follow safety standards. In my machine operator class they showed us live leak videos that was horrific.

As a 1 shampoo a week person, you still need to scrub and clean your hair every time you shower, just with water and no shampoo. Before I did this my hair was in 1 of 2 states, dry as hell or a greasy mess. You have to give your body time to adapt during the switch too, because as you said it will over compensate for a while.
I had a stray cat that hissed for attention. Turns out cats that aren't around humans and other cats alot will meow weird or hiss until they start mimicking others.
