in my opinion as someone who has solely watched youtube for like a millennia ~20 min is a good minimum for a gaming video. i enjoy long form content but something about that 20 min mark on a video tricks my brain late at night into saying "eh its only 20 min ill watch one more" and then I do it 5 times in a row and then its like 6 am and the sun is coming shining through my blinds.
