Sharon’s a keeper
Got to love the fact Sharon is putting so much effort in filming. All these angles, transitions, framing and zoom. She should be filming a David Attenborough documentary about a big boost in the wild
Hahaha you are funny, I do love all those angles and transitions. I’m glad you can appreciate it.
Esolomoso she is pretty good at this isn’t she
Definitely great camera shots!
Your videos are 29% better when Sharron makes an appearance! Always a pleasure watching you do work, this knowledge is very valuable.
Really enjoyed watching this, these long videos are a blessing 🔥
Bert works so damn hard and Sharon is so good for him. I love these freakin people honestly.
I’m rebuilding and boosting the 2jzge in my is300 when I have the money so this video will stay nice and cozy in my liked videos tab until then ;)
Spencer Muller 😬
I’m surprised these videos don’t have more views. Great job with showing how to put the 2JZ together.
I appreciate how detailed you get into every video . Thanks Big Boost!
Everyone needs a woman who supports and reassures them like this 💪🏽
Don't know what id do with my build if you hadn't have made these videos. What a huge help. Thank you so much!
Alberto BIGASMR is strong in this one. Love it!
Gotta love your content man!🇵🇷🇵🇷
I'll never own a 2jz but I still enjoy watching you work since it does help me learn a lot to be a mechanic! Keep up the good work! And Sharon, great filming! Gotta love those different angles! Saludos a los dos!
I really like the editing and the music. nice job man its so nice to watch someone who knows how to do things right
So glad your putting out content again!
When Adams away, BigBoost gets to play
My husband and I absolutely love watching your videos. Very educational. One month ago all I knew was “gas and go”. I have learned so much. We love the bongos and Sharron too ❤️
Sharron is the the best co star u got next to the 2j's... this video was a testament to the silicone grey gasket maker.. if I dont use Toyota (fipg) they grey is the way.. great video my friend... keep up the good work ....
Thank you for Video. I assembled my whole engine 100% by myself and im not even close to being a mechanic 😅 your video helped A LOT🙏
Greetings from germany 🇩🇪

Beto keep grinding I learn a lot from you !
Could watch these videos all day 10/10
Man you are the boss..Respect
Loved the video! Everyone's got their own way of doing things but things, but two things i woulda done differently is always use Toyota FIPG as a sealant and silicon paste for the o-rings.
Very nice progress Alberto!
Loved it Big Boost!!! Keep it up!!!
you should start a gun channel called "alberto big boom"
I always love your videos!
Excellent videos good quality !!!! gracias !

Who disliked this video . That's like kicking a puppy .
Awesome vid Alberto keep it up .
Great video. Thank you.
Excelente alberto!
Keep up the uploads!
hey alberto, do you think it would be possible to do such an in depth video when assembling Adam's RB26 and/or for other engines in the future (eg the 13b for the FC, possibly 4G63 or others?)
of all the engine building videos I've seen not much, if any, helped me as much as the previous video assembling the rotating assembly, so hugh thanks for that!
Keep up the good work :)
I agree with you the information is well in depth
Looks awesome! Wanted to see that weld after you finished! Maybe next video?
Solid content! Can you please go through what you need to do in order to turbo the 2jz ge, specifically what do you need to change and what parts can you keep
Ciao ...Alberto plays bonga la senorita q baila 🎶👍 thx super video motori doc 💪😉
You should put out a instructions book, with all this step by step torque numbers and specs. I'd definitely buy it.🤙🏼👌🏼🤙🏼👌🏼
Are ya joking? Factory service manual tells you that and more....
Ayyy it's Sharon! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Aye man my name is ramón
@@knighthockey2326 haha nice!
Love the vids!!! Whats the part number on the weld on fitting you used for the return?
Love how you go independent
Awesome video series Alberto, any possibility you could make a video going over the 2jzge vs 2jzgte? Like pros cons and parts that need to be upgraded when chosing the 2jzge for a turbo build
Quality 😎🤟🔥
Sharon so spicy! Brings the best out of Big Boost 🇵🇷
Nice Video
Alberto saludos desde Venezuela. Disfruto ver tus vídeos. Por cierto en que instituto aprendiste mecánica. Y gracias por tus consejos y detalles. Sigue así bendiciones
Omg Alberto, the future front and rear main seal oil leak! It’s ok, it’ll make for good future RUclips content. You remind me of a big teddy bear. ☺️🤗
Hahaha “don’t hammer hard the seal” next clip putting all the guts to it lol
The rear main needs more force to go in lol
Alberto BIGBOOST haha ik lol
Haha , you can feel the feedback through it though as you tap so you know that it will be fine
@@ALBERTOBIGBOOST boost,is that yours or el zeds engine ?
Jason Jones this is my engine
Lol when Alberto says “tik” “tik”
3:59 “puttalittlebit” 😂
Saludos desd P.R🇵🇷DURO
to easily clean bolts go to Harbor freight and get a ultrasonic cleaner. works very well. Also my opinion is to not clean parts with brake kleen. mostly because it sucks. instead, use castrol super clean or carb.cleaner.
What is the part # for the oil pan return bung that you used. I found it but they have two listed. Just wanted to make sure I got the right one.. thanks bro. Great video 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Lmao the way you put that seal in 🤙🏽
Hay, love your videos, do you have the part number of that Sandwich plate for the oil filter? I appreciate.
i got my 2j on the engine stand and the coolant passages were full of standing rust water :(
im hoping the damage is fixable with a chemical dip.
I now understand your handle
Might I suggest 08887-01206 Toyota rubber grease as a substitute for dielectric grease for making rubber tacky. I love the stuff. Awesome video! 👍
I meantion it because most have never seen it. Even many Toyota techs.
Those were a nice set of O rings lol
Plz more e36 content =)
Big boost is a pro bongo player.👀
Also would you use the gte crank gear on a ge na-t
Big boost ive heard the gte oil pump blows the main seals on the ge block due to lack of squirters is there anyway around this
The o rings did you use Toyota specific or generic is ok? Thank you!
Alberto what are you planning to do to keep the oil pressure in check seeinf how the gte flows more and your running the ge block with no squirters? I couldn't get any hard information on that on the forums so went vvti ge oil pump. Quite a few users on the ge block using the ge pump with 0 issues.
@@Roy-oh5nm not too sure if more boost plays a part i know guys who run oil coolers that will require more pressure or drop the pressure because of the cooler. I just think the gte or modded gte wasn't for me on the ge block.
Where are you located ? Thanks for all you info...
How did you open the pick up tube to get the mesh out?
How do you weld the fitting on the cast aluminium so well that there’s no leaks/pin holes? I’m struggling to get a completely sealed weld on it
Alberto, Using the 2J GTE oil pump on a GE block will pump at a higher pressure. The GE block doesn't have additional oil squirters like the GTE and keeping the GE pump would suffice since there is no additional demand and may be prevent oil seal from blowing out. Is the GTE pump upgrade on the GE block necessary?
Can you put all the magic box stuff 😂..i'm trying to do almost the same build buddy -and trying to order stuff and i'm over seas from the US
Hey Albert...u mind sharing ur website for the purchase of the cam sensor weld in adaptor?
What turbo manifold are you using?
What do I need to do to have a crank sensor on my ge non vvti
Did the machine shop use a torque plate to bore and hone the block?
Be careful with the greddy magnetic plug. My magnet separated from the plug. Luckily I was able to remove it from the oil pan.
Gabriel Rivero 😱😱😱is that an actual thing? Never had it happen before but its good to know
Where do you get your 2jz parts from? Looking to refresh my motor, so im looking for a reliable source for parts
Did you change heads? I see the regular intake cam gear at 7:12 then a VVTI one the rest of the video haha 👍🏻😁
djspock5150 I just had a stock exhaust gear on the intake cam to spin it. Then I put the right one
El papa the los pollitos big boss
Great video! You have a great woman there!
So is this el zeds engine or boosts??
Greetings from Dominican Republic bro. Do you speak Spanish too?
Best video... get some sleep may friend. You work way to damn hard. Your boss needs to stop breaking car.🤣😂🤣
I'm not sure if anyone asked yet. Is there a reason you used a GE not a GTE? I'm on the process of gathering part to build my mini truck. Thanks
Derek Tomokane originally due to budget. Once you do any engine internal work it applies the same to both.
If you running a stock bottom end get a GTE, if you are looking to build the motor get a GE. As you'll be upgrading the same components on both blocks and spending less.
Its GE vvti head?
What waterpump use bro GE or GTE?
Gte front with ge rear housing
@@ALBERTOBIGBOOST bolt perfect fit between front Gte water and rear GE?
I Think different bolt pattern..
Please review next videos bro
I'm say thanks if you can explain.
how to remove the oil pump? mine is very loose but on the end it's stuck. don't understand why ?i don't take off the oil pan is it needed for removing the oil pump?
nevermind is see you need to remove the oil pan completely
Extremely fast! Lol 👍
Two words of advice: El Es.
Never seen so many inline 6s in one pic
That’s one expensive LEGO/Bongo
