My accident happened July 29th and I still haven’t got an offer and I called Gallagher Bassett ( who they chose for me) and arch indemnity insurance accepted it but I still haven’t heard anything since and when I spoke to the lady she tried telling me that my job hasn’t submitted my time off and said I haven’t missed anytime but I have my schedule for that time frame what do I do? Please help
I am not sure where your case is being prosecuted but you should certainly consult with a lawyer. If you choose to proceed pro se (without a lawyer), here in NY you can file a form to “request further action.”
