So i think the flu vaccine in that flu shot wasnt a regualr vaccine. Worm girl , thanks for adding my post into your video, im honored and grateful. I also think its hilarious someone from the cataclysm crew had to hit me up to educate my dumbass.
I have a story from years ago, but the specific details are a bit fuzzy. I one time decided to break my way into a research center for supplies on a character that was about six months old. I managed to sneak around and avoid any automated defenses and got to use a computer skill for the first time ever to get into the deeper levels of the facility. It was all new territory for me, so I was excited. I'm not sure how it happened, but I ended up getting locked inside, so my only option was to keep traveling downwards. Eventually, I got lost in a maze-like area and decided this was my life now, but eventually I started seeing messages that my hands were getting numb. I then realized a while later that the entire level, for whatever reason, was absolutely freezing. I was layering as much clothes as I could possibly find in a vain attempt to get warm but nothing was working. I was about to give up when I found what looked like a barracks or some sort of bunk room. In one of the lockers I found a fuzzy, full-body dinosaur costume with extreme warmth as well as an m249. I survived that run and somehow managed to break my way out in a dino fursuit toting a light machine gun.
If i'm remembering right you get Frog mutation from drinking river water. I think it's an Alex Jones 'chemicals in the water making the frogs gay' joke but since you're already gay you just become a frog.
YO HEARING JOSHUA GRAHAM , a man who has already gone though one of the very intense and wacky stories we all have endured when playing CDDA, telling me these stories. Is, absolutely flawless. The only thing missing is this man talk about how much more preferable a 1911 is to an FN 5.7. Thank you Worm Girl. Consider that bell rang , the like button smashed , and the subscribe button taken out on a date.
I have yet to play this game yet, but this is great. I never knew I wanted Coach to tell me about punching a moose in a video game, but it's certainly appreciated. Additionally Eileen saying she got friendly fire is even more funny when you consider her questline ends against another Hunter. This was great!
The frog thing was really annoying me too, It took me a couple games to realize it's the flu shot. Ever since the latest stable update (in crazy cataclysm apparently) the flu shot will 100% turn you into a frog.
Pretty sure that is only in crazy cata, source: I found a flu shot on like day two in my stable game and am still not a frog going close to the end of summer
Yeah this is because of Crazy Cataclysm, made me stop playing with the mod entirely because it's annoying as fuck to remove the frog mutagen if you use the flu shot due to the new mutation mechanics. Not that they're bad, just harder to get rid of than a timer from ingesting something.
It is so funny to me that people are constantly turning on the mod that makes you fight Michael Jackson and zombies that scream about how the devs are ruining the game, but still get confused by the frog thing.
I was shocked at how well it worked. It's not as good at female voices, but it nailed Joshua immediately without needing to change any settings. I think it might be because he speaks in a very consistent manner and tone.

I know this is like 9 months old but I also have a story for cdda so basically i played as a revengeful preacher so i spawned in the church because i was playing the missed scenario and i got out saw a military zombie and i had a cudgel and i beat the zombie and took its pistol then i climbed up on a rife and stood at the edge shooting into the small hoard that formed (reason why i climbed up) then the zombies break the wall I was standing on and i fell broke a leg and got eaten by hoard i was careless oh well i mean the gunshots also brought a lot of zombies to my location and i died

Cataclysm is a very normal game with nothing weird going on whatsoever.
