      Felonies ....I lived in polk for a long time actually very close to here I guarantee you he was a snitch for sheriff's office... someone needs to question that way deeper.....we have a point system here in Florida and one violent felony is enough points to go to Prison....200+ would n should be life....unless he got like dealing in stolen property.(very regular crime in this area due to the meth) and each item was charged separately. Either way no human should be able to commit 10 felonies let alone 230 n that's not including his misdemeanors

      Loosing a child is hard enough too hard may I add, but blaming oneself is absolutely the worst in my opinion. I pray for the father in his time of extreme need. As I also pray for the families of the other victims aswell. I heard in the news that the families were poor and are having trouble with the funeral expenses. I'm trying to find if there is a funding account to pitch in and help.

      Bob Saturday They were involved the moment they saw one of the victims in the Dollar Tree, and knowingly followed the victim, Brandon, so they could confront Kevin. THEN they went to Mcdonalds and ordered 10 cheeseburgers and fries to eat after murdering 3 people. WTH eats a full meal after killing people? Sociopaths.       Because the shooter planned and carried out the murders. His chick had no priors and the brother had one. Seems to me they were more like hostages to this monster than accomplices.       Jackson M my education is first hand experience of being put through the system. There are sentencing guidelines and many other things in place to keep the system a revolving door and the control out of the judges hands. You want to learn more. Commit some crimes and go through the system or u can get the same literature and knowledge easier on the street clown.

      Without crime they would be out of a job. They need to put criminals back on the street. It makes them look busy and then law enforcement gets a bigger budget. The government gets to increase taxes.
      The government then also gets to increase revenue by handing out fines for victimless crimes such as speeding or parking for 1 minute too long. Their focus is on fines, not stopping actual crimes.

      Dont ask - Bail can only be denied for one of two reasons. Either the defendant is a danger to the community, which TJ clearly is, or is a flight risk.

      I don't really understand the bond system...I mean I completely agree with no bail/bond for TJ,that's easy but sheriff Grady basically of the 3 of them the brother was more cooperative than the woman so why is his bond higher than hers?       Exactly!! How was that POS out?! Should have been in prison or a coffin before this!! Even the 2 arrested with him did not have criminal records (except one misdemeanor) so they probably wouldn't have been involved in anything like this if it wasn't for that POS. But they are all guilty now.

    My god, the mother saying that she wont have the chance to go see and talk to him again and go pick him up from works really gets to me. Its the little things like that you dont really appreciate until its gone and it hurts to see someone go through losing a bond like that.

    As a father of 2 son's their age who both love to hunt and fish, I can count how many times they have had to call me to bail them out of trouble, but they know dad will come running 100 miles an hr. with his hair on fire... it's just what us dad's do for our children no matter what age..
