Do you use IBIS when handheld? I'm wondering whether I need a camera with stabilization or not. Because cinema movie cameras don’t use IBIS... But I want smooth footage.
I am using the same lens with my ZVe10 and let me tell you, it is not easy. The Lens is tottaly manual and it has no IBIS, the footage comes very shaky. But I am determined to learn how to make this lens work. It is a learning process. I think, it will take some time but yeah. For right now, it is a struggle.
Yes i have used DZO, Mieke and SLR Magic lenses but as per in the video the price point of any of these sets or lenses will not match the Samyang lenses. The SLR also i do not like the build quality as much as i do on the Samyang versions and the image quality on the Samyangs for me are excellent for price point. Thanks for tuning in.
I've noticed that most lenses f/1.4 - f/2.0 lenses produce the best results at 2.8 and less frequently at f2.8. My canon 50mm 1.8 produces really soft images with no contrast when wide open but at 2.8 man does the quality of the image blow me away. Even at 1080p it looks really sharp
between samyang 50mm t1.5 and samyang 85mm t1.5, which one is better in term of image quality?
Unsure I’d say 50mm I prefer

If you want smooth then you need a gimbal, ibis isn’t a cure for totally unsteady footage.
How is it compare to Meike
I have zve10, will this work on it?
If you have the correct adapter

Is the focal distance doubled on mft? or they produce the mft format already converted into its own focal distance?
I’m not sure on that dude, I’m sure Google will have the answers!
Thanks for watching
Focal Length is always the same, to get "Equivalent Focal Length" you need to multiply it *2 for MFT.
Are these vdslr lens?
Yes full frame
