I love 2 stroke with single cylinder. I have one Yamaha RS100C only 3000 miles. I will restore it when I have time. Please show your bike when you done. Thanks!
Usually i use ball bering's balls the big ones. And for very large ones i use pétanques boules haha ( hard to find smooth ones without ridges) al that welded to arbors and held in the vice. Or dolly stand
How thick is your material? Your welds look perfectly functional. Prettier will come with practice and stability. You showed a clip standing up and both arms free. I noticed a big improvement when I got a stool and made a point of elbows down or firmly supported. Same thing with keeping the work piece from flopping around. If you're worrying about that, you're not concentrating on your welding. Looks really good, way better than the first pipe I made.
Thanks, I have a buddy who is always yelling at me to do the same things, prep a but more and get comfortable. Part of it is also I have tremors in my hands so even at max stability I get less than steady welds. The material was .050 I believe.
To ROLL any conical in rollers.Plca a peice of steel at one end of the rollers that is too thick to go through the gap,say 25 mm square flat bar. Insert sheet to be rolled hard against its side and wind sheet in. Adjust rollres so they only just grab and wind sheet through. tighten rollers each pass!!! This allows sheet to twist as it goes through. You will get a PERFECT SHAPE. DONE IT THOUSANDS of times!!!
Is DENCO still around ? I have a Suzuki X6 Hustler that I am trying to upgrade . DENCO used to make these chambers for Japanese 2 Strokes in the 70s and 80s any advice would be appreciated !
Hi,i have a Suzuki RG80cc which is known for having a useless factory exhaust .it doesnt have a cone inside to bounce back pressure waves .do u think if i cut the end off and weld a cone on it should perform better? Also what diameter of pipe would you approx use? 90 to 100mm is what i have avail
I would use a pipe calculator and see what numbers it gave me or try and copy a known pipe and its dimensions and try and emulate them as best I could.

Make yoursefl a few ball mandrels. They work very good for planoshimg welds, and sections prior to weldding

Far too thick .Adding a ton of unnecessary weight .

can't say never heard of them.
Hammering metal to shape is an Odin thing.
Number your sections and make l marks with edding that you line up the sections like it should
good tip
What cone wizard are you using unfortunately I can’t find part one

@pitobread thats beyond me tbh .ill just chop and try ,i have no choice
Would you be interested in making a expansion chamber for a ke175?
Sorry. I cannot.
How to calculate the dimensions acording to motorcycle
You need to map out port timing and input it into the calculator I provide in the description.
What material is it
mild steel sheet .040 if I remember.
do you sell exhaust ?
it yould be nice to bay
I dont sorry.
ass your putting it together i highly recommend prepping your material
Why does nobody explain the math behind what size chamber and outlet
sure they do
Go watch videos from Aumechanic
Мне кажется,что металл слишком толстый.Какая у тебя толщина?
I forget... .040 probably.
@@pitobread it's too much. for properly resonator working, metal thickness must be no more than .030
