Omg, thanks for being a functional and not able to lie around... I'm totally like you and have been trying to figure out ways to move and stretch my body. Thanks again. Now looking forward to my upcoming weeks and will be going back to work in 2wks post-op, though I'm a school nurse. Right on.

Hi Scott, I’m 2 days Post Surgery and can relate to your videos and so appreciative that you took the time to share your experience. It’s Ben more than a year since your surgery. Good or Bad I still be interested how your Progressing and some of the things that has and maybe hasn’t help. Hope your doing well. Thanks again.

I have to say your videos have been the most positive videos I’ve seen. Thanks for doing these. I’m a 60 year old Athlete, not to brag but I believe because I’ve been proactive on my Health, my recovery should mirror yours. My Surgery is in 3 days. I could go on, thanks for being so open. Although your videos are already a year old, I believe your positive message will help many as it has me.
    Stay Strong. Thanks again.

@SkiRidesMTB. Please let me know how you are doing. I just turned 61 and am 1 week post op w L3-L4 surgery. Before my injury I was very active in yoga, lifting weights and other things. I saw that you are 60 and athletic as well. It would be very helpful to learn about your journey and healing. Thank you.

Hi Scott, I had a laminectomy L3/L4 for a resection of a mass, 3 months ago. I’m just now seeing your video but I wanted to say that I noticed the band of tissue above my incision site as well but it went away. I think it may be caused by swelling. I hope you are doing much better and thanks for sharing your experience.😊

I ended up postponing my surgery because they told me I shouldn't wear a back pack over 20lbs at the 2 month mark and I figured that would just be too hard to vacation who we wanted.

How’s your back now? I’m 16 days post op and have weird pain on my left hamstring, numbness on the right foot still (affected side), I have tried nerve stretches and they hurt. I also feel some hip pain while walking. I’m hoping it’s all normal.

Hey how's the biceps tenodesis doing from all those years ago, did it stay healed to the bone? Was it a interference screw or suture anchor which was used to secure the tendon?
