I saw this and wanted to watch, because I am at day 7 post surgery for L3/L4, and L4/L5 laminectomy. No issues. Started walking the day after surgery. It was outpatient from the local neurosurgery center. Took three, 5 mg Oxycodone over the first 24 hrs., just because I expected the pain to start. It didn't. Incredible. At one week, I am walking 2 miles a day (at half mile intervals). My back is black and blue, and the incision pain that goes with that, but nothing like the nerve pain before. Couldn't even walk or stand before the surgery. I am 65, pretty fit, and not overweight. This surgery has been a miracle for me.

Appreciate your videos man, I just had the same operation for L5/S1 and currently on day 3 - so far feeling pretty good, just still feel the sharp pain from the actual surgery. I'm hoping my recovery continues to go well like yours. stay blessed

I have bad leg pain from my discectomy do you have any of that. What do you recommend I tell my doctor?
