Heres a little story: One upon a time there was a cloud named Kracko, and he was there scince ancient times, But then Kirby came and ruined everything for him
+Lynnie Saade Why does Meta Knight get tornadoes but Kracko doesn't? Not counting the tornado he uses when he turns red in Deluxe; that's not an attack.
I must admit I'm a bit curious of Kracko's relation to the Waddle Doos. Although Waddle Doos can supposedly exist on their own, we know from Kirby 64 that a Waddle Dee possessed by Dark Matter also becomes a Waddle Doo. Of course, with Waddle Doos using the same beam attack as Kracko, having the same eye as Kracko, and Kracko often spawning Waddle Doos in his fights, it's pretty clear they have relation. This then brings up the question of whether Kracko is related to Dark Matter, but that's a whole other can of worms that's impossible to figure out for the time being.
Another interesting thing about Kracko in Amazing Mirror is that Mustard Mountain is the only place where Kracko appears that *isn't* cloudy, not counting the Dunes in TKCD.
Oh my God, I never knew about that quote from Kirby Fighters Deluxe or the stuff about Krackos in training. This is why I love this series so much, even I being a huge Kirby fan and knowing a lot about the franchise, this series still manages to surprise me in so many ways
Brief spoilers for Star Allies ahead! Maybe... The pause screen description for Kracko seems to delve into his lore a bit more. Following up on Triple Deluxe, Star Allies roughly states as long as there is a sky, there will always be Kracko. This may further explain why he was in Amazing Mirror.
Yes, and Heroes in Another Dimension states that even in other dimensions there are Krackos. In particularly brutal dimensions, Kracko is formed of the bloody mists of his dead foes.
I should specify further, in the English translation it says Parallel Kracko is formed of the "tears and scattered mists of his enemies" but in the original Japanese it says he is formed of "the tears and rebellious hearts if his fallen brothers" Personally, the English mistranslation is 100x more metal but the original Japanese meaning is a lot less brutal
Kracko and Whispy woods are like the mainstays of kirby bosses, kirby has to fight them or a variant of them every time. I'm waiting for the day the cloud and tree just join forces and make a flying Whispy woods that shoots lightning!
A similar description to Kracko DX is given in Star Allies, claiming something along the lines of "Even in the depths of Space, as long as skies and clouds exist in the atmosphere, Kracko will be there...". Kracko is quite literally the cosmic entity that controls the creation of weather in the universe!
Holy crap. I just realized something. Holo-Kracko's pause screen description has a typo. "This hologram was created by analyzing the cloud monster who is believed to have inhabited the sky of this *plane* since ancient times."
Y'know in Zan's backstory, she was struck by lightning while climbing a tower. In Star Allies, Kracko is fought on Towera. Now, I'm not saying Kracko almost killed a child, but Kracko almost killed a child.
Another "Ancient times" mention, nice. Also, multiple Kracko would imply that our beloved Kracko Prime _could_ appear in any sky, not that he specifically _does._
I would love a game where the skies of Dreamland is the final area and the final boss is an army of Krackos (possibly possessed by Dark Matter if you wanna make the skies thunder storming forever or something)
I just realized: Kracko has appeared in some form in every main seiries game and even most spinoffs (the only ones I don't think he was in are Dream Course and Dedede Drum Dash Deluxe)
Just a lil' bit of a thing. In star allies japanese version one of zan partuizane fight ( soul melter EX) says that she wanted to kill herself, so she climbed a tower, then got struck by lightning and fell of the tower before being saved by hyness in extremis. In star allies ( and in most kirby games) fight kracko on top of a tower, so it's very likely than the Electric mage was almost killed by the cyclop cloud
I don’t mean to be a dark matter hyper but I’ve made a theory comparing Kracko’s appearance to Dark Matter’s appearance. A mane of “petals” surrounding a black cloud and one big eye.
So during the pause description in Kirby fighters does Krako enjoy fighting Kirby so much that he gets over emotional or does he feel sad that he's lost to him so many times?
Personally, I believe Kracko is actually just a floating eyeball with the ability to control clouds, seeing how when you defeat him in typical Kirby games, the clouds part from him then the eyeball explodes, rather than him and the cloud exploding all together. Further more, notice in Kirby Blowout Blast, in his newest attack "Storm" the eye detaches itself from clouds entirely, while making them barrage Kirby with thunder
What was Kracko even doing in the Mirror World anyways? I guess maybe since it’s so high up in the sky he visits it often? I’d imagine a Mirror world counterpart of Kracko being a cloud of volcanic ash. That would’ve been better than Kracko appearing in the Mirror World for no reason.
Another thing that I just remember now, there is also two Krackos in Super Star, the normal one we all know (from Spring Breeze) and the blue one from the Wild Planet Skyhigh (from Milk Way Wishes)
the blue one with the red spikes. I think HAL changed the colour pallets for some bosses in certain areas/modes. It is especially noticeable in the Helper to Hero game where Kracko, like you mentioned, is blue and has red spikes and Wham Bam rock is a redish brown as opposed to his normal brown colour
Ive heard the word "Kracko" too many times in this video. The act that he thinks he can say Kracko this many times in one video really c r a c k s me up
He was loyal to Dedede in the first few games, and fought Kirby (possibly by orders of the king) Like in Adventure, he is one of the "friends" that Dedede ordered to protect the fourth piece of the Star Rod. Now he appears all over the place just to attack Kirby, like how in Super Star he randomly fights you on Planet Skyhigh (can't remember) or how he just comes down to attack you on Mustard Mountain (Amazing Mirror). So Kracko doesn't really have a single motive. It does what it wants, and it has a personality (and I love that)
I love this episode it shows kracko has feelings he is not just not another boss that we don't see any feelings he actually crys in the description I love it I hope we get a game where we can become kracko p.s I highly doubt it but it would be cool to be him
Kracko seems like a nice guy if you were to get to know him
He's the *EYE* of the storm.
Look at your like count
That’s why God tells him:
“EYE forgive you”
Whispy Woods can relate to Kracko's eternal conflict with the pink demon.
ZackDiego I always had this little fan headcannon that those two are friends somehow
Rae Banaag Oh please. He has experienced MORE conflict than Kracko. I mean, he appeared in more games than Kracko.
AceMinty 259 actually, kracko appear in more games
Kirby always had a good reason to attack them except for maybe Kirby's Dream Land 2.
@@kristopheraguero1500 I want a combo fight with Whispy and Kracko

Kracko attacked Kirby first

Kracko is the most underrated character in the franchise.
personally one of my favorites
Daniel Scharn No, the most underated is Sweet Stuff, from Kirby's Dreamland 2.
Mostly I just wish he'd have a hurricane form. I mean, you can't give me storm clouds, and a single eye in the middle, and just...leave it at that.
+Lynnie Saade Why does Meta Knight get tornadoes but Kracko doesn't?
Not counting the tornado he uses when he turns red in Deluxe; that's not an attack.
Daniel Scharn one of the most commonly seen bosses I find. That’s just me though. I still like him.
I love how Kirby is getting better stories every game
Super mario bros... on the other hand...
Francisco Morales Nah, paper Mario color splash was pretty good
Mohawk Master Well i don't know what color splash is all about (care to tell me?) But im talking about the main series.
Like how Miyamoto is Bowser Jr's mother? That was my favorite addition to Mario canon!
Meteorz Do you remember that time where bowser kidnaps peach and mario has to save her? Ohh that was my favorite.
I like to think of Kracko as some sort of weather-deity.
I must admit I'm a bit curious of Kracko's relation to the Waddle Doos. One of the most EYE-conic bosses? 😓
Yes
Next to the dark matter themselves.

Another interesting thing about Kracko in Amazing Mirror is that Mustard Mountain is the only place where Kracko appears that *isn't* cloudy, not counting the Dunes in TKCD.
I mean, technically the volcanoes create CLOUDS of smoke
Meteorz IKR
Meteorz IS wispy woods next
yes
Would you rather have him appear in the hub?
One of the coolest characters, he should've been a boss in Subspace Emissary
In the skyworld level.

That Kirby Fighters Deluxe pause screen tho
and now i feel bad for Kracko

Nobody thinking about with cerbeskully(In italian, Spiricerbero).
Next time: What is Kirby Canon? #14: Broom Hatter
I think that Kracko is a hivemind. I think that all Krackos share the same memory, emotion and way of thinking.
Brief spoilers for Star Allies ahead! Maybe...

And apples
Tee-hee. Multiple Krackos. Star Allies directly references this in "not like the Kracko back at home!"
I really hope Kracko gets a bigger role in a Kirby game, because he's my favorite boss.
i believe it was criminal not to put Kracko in Smash games like Brawl's Subspace Emissary and Smash run as a boss or mini-boss

Kracko, one of the most generic bosses ever.
And yet I somehow learned something new.
Good job Meteorz, good job.
I don't know about you guys but I was hyped
I was too.
Da Nintendude and besides I'm sure a lot of people didn't know anything about Kracko to begin with
I never knew a one-eyed cloud would be so interesting
Wow, I feel a bit sorry about Kracko... Nah, I'm using him in Team Kirby Clash Deluxe to get easy XP
Dude if he's at Kracko' he's probably not that far into the game, serious spoilers right there man.
Remember, according to Kirby's Adventure, this ancient cloud being is one of King Dedede's closest friends.
Kracko is the most EYEconic enemy.
i had to
I always viewed Kracko as a sort of cloud god.
I swear this cloud gets more intense with every game.
Deluxe was probably the hardest one yet.
Though when I die to him, it's usually from accidentally falling off the screen in the background.
WAIT THAT MEANS KRACKO ENTERED THE MIRROR WORLD AND FOUGHT KIRBY THERE. man that made a lot of sense.
Well the amazing mirror was in the sky and Kracko inhabits the clouds so it kind of does make loads of sense.
Wherever there is clouds...
There is Kracko.
"And you think that I would forget about that time you... threw... hearts at me? I don't know what you were doing, but that hasn't happened yet."
I never thought I would feel sorry about beating up a cycloptic cloud
Parallel Kracko is literally formed of the bloody mists of his former foes.
Krako is the best, for a cloud with one eye those descriptions sure gave him a lot of personality
Another "Ancient times" mention, nice. Also, multiple Kracko would imply that our beloved Kracko Prime _could_ appear in any sky, not that he specifically _does._
Imagine making a drinking game right, but every time they say kracko you have to take a shot

Poor Kracko, he was smashed, betrayed, and replaced.
hey what's crackalackin

There, there buddy.
while we're on the subject of early bosses, I'd like to see a video about lololo and lalala
Star allies gave him some new lore, it says he was made by negative energy, more specifically, peoples "tears"
I like to think that Whispy Woods and Kracko are friends. They just bonded over getting their ass kicked by Kirby a million times
I have a bit of a soft spot for this boss. TO this day, I include him in stories (even if they are mostly confined to my head).
I tought i pressed the subscribe button way earlier when i was watching this series but i probably forgot. Now i did it.
I never expected you to find much info. Color me surprised. Good job!
I don't know if you do requests, but I wouldn't mind something along the lines of Kabula or the Animal Friends
Maybe one on Kirby himself? If you didn't already, that is
Meteorz, kracko can also spawn enemies. Plus void and soul bosses has something with the colors pink and blue. Kracko has that same pink and blue
Just a lil' bit of a thing.
In star allies japanese version one of zan partuizane fight ( soul melter EX) says that she wanted to kill herself, so she climbed a tower, then got struck by lightning and fell of the tower before being saved by hyness in extremis.
