Even after what he did to kirby and friends, I'm so happy Magolor recognized his wrongdoings in the epilogue and was given a second chance of chasing his dreams of creating the best themepark one could ever imagine. Glad Magolor was given the opportunity to start over
Are you sure? My memory is a little shaky, but from what I recall, he says something along the lines of: "Soaring the endless skies with... my friends." A little detail that I’ve adopted as canon is the background of the final fight with the Master Crown. It looks like a flourishing kingdom, and it reminds me HEAVILY of the ruins on Halcandra. Watching it slowly be consumed by flames and fall apart makes me feel like the Master Crown is showing Magolor an event that defines a significant portion of Kirby canon - the extinction of the Ancients.
This 100%; the EX boss description for Magolor Soul describes him as being " imprisoned by the hatred and obsessions of prior rulers", which makes me think that one of those prior rulers is likely how the Master Crown was able to destroy Egg Engines and most of Halcandra. The ancients either were wiped out, or abandoned what was left of Halcandra, leaving Landia to guard the crown.
Considering what Magolor said after 100%ing Magoland, maybe he could have visited the New World at some point to study Wondaria Remains in order to see how the past inhabitants had fun. Not sure where it would fit in though.
That’s really interesting… it would have been nice if there was some sort of Easter egg in FL implying that Magolor has been there at some point to back up that theory. It’s not _unlikely_ though, considering that the Lor can travel to anywhere anytime.
I wonder if "traveling to the past" to research theme parks could mean he swung by Wondaria at some point... What a last hurrah for the series! Thank you for your channel, Meteorz. Take good care of yourself!
The Epilogue's ending had me quite surprised so I'm glad you're here to *explain everything* to us. Your help in understanding Lore all these years was invaluable!! Thanks Meteorz. Really.
It’s great to see someone address that the Magolor EX and Soul fights are probably the canon final boss fights in Return to Dreamland. It always felt like the Ex mode in that game was more so of an extension of the main mode, expanding on what the main mode told us, unlike in the next games where the ex mode were smaller adventures with radically different stories. To me, EX’s final fights in Return to Dreamland and Return to Dreamland Deluxe are canon
So WE were part of the canon all along? Damn you HAL, now I'll have to watch out for otherwordly abominations every Tuesday! In all seriousness, I'm so glad for RtD Deluxe's existence. The events of Magolor Epilogue are everything 13 year-old me wanted to see from him, packed up with some of the most fun gameplay mechanics I've ever experienced in the series. And of course, if this is gonna be the True Final Video, best of luck with whatever the future holds, Meteorz. I'm sure you'll be as good at raising your kid as you've been at raising the Kirby lore enthusiasts with the Canon videos. Godspeed you magnificent Squishy.
The endings of True Arenas, I find, tend to have a common theme of "What if it went horribly wrong?", the secret final boss having more power and ending in a demise worse than in the base game. The exceptions to this are SMEX and UCZ, but I attribute that to those games being two halves of a whole and both being celebration games, sort-of explaining the exception.
Well stra allies true arena gave a good ending because the normal ending wasn't good for Void, and for forgotten land that's the canon ending so of course it will be better and complete.
It's also interesting to see how the True Arena played out in the 3ds game. Soul of Sectonia seems to be a what if scenario where instead of Kirby getting the miracle fruit and became powered up, it was Sectonia who did and revived herself while for Star Dream Soul OS, it's a direct response to Galacta Knight's attack (Which means that Star Dream doesn't directly take in Haltman in that timeline which is... interesting idea to think about)
@@duykhangtran4406 that is true, the what-if scenarios for Soul bosses in general are interesting Super Star Ultra: What if Marx died from crashing into Nova? Return to Dreamland: (According to Deluxe, this is the canon ending) Triple Deluxe: What if Sectonia ate the Miracle Fruit(s) instead of Kirby? Planet Robobot: What if Meta-Knightmare Ultra was canon? (it isn't, but Soul OS shows what would happen if it was) *AND* What if Kirby didn't have the Robobot Armor? Star Allies: What if Hyness didn't botch the ritual? Star Allies (Wave 3): What if Void had a happy ending? Forgotten Land: (This is the canonical ending, so...) @@duykhangtran4406 Star Dream Soul OS still has Haltmann's soul somehow in the True Arena, based on the screams and pause screen description, so how did it acquire it?
This is such a dive into the Kirby Iceberg! I used to think Magolor never had pure intentions, and was in control up until the Ultra Sword hit, but I’ve been corrected! It makes a lot of sense that Magolor visiting other worlds would give him inspiration for Magoland, and the Master Crown slowly corrupting Magolor from a distance is very interesting! And lastly… IM PART OF THE KIRBY CANON LETS GOOO Fantastic review, Meteor! Good luck on parenting, and we’ll see you… Next time!
A beautiful way to wrap up the Kirby canon series, bittersweet as it is. Magolor is, in my opinion, the series' most interesting character. I like the optimistic approach this video took with Magolor's intentions, though there's plenty of room for interpretation with his lines (i.e. "the screams of every soul in the universe") and pause screen descriptions (such as "I may get to toy with you again") that allows for exploration of his more sinister aspects. Kumazaki seems to like to have such nuance in all of his games, but nowhere is this attention given as much as with Magolor! I'm certainly not complaining, though not just because Magolor is my second favorite character (barely behind Meta Knight), but because Kumazaki's creative vision has retroactively tied the Kirby series together. At any rate, traitors make for some of the most multi-faceted characters, especially when they truly were once friends (not to diss Marx, but neither he or any other Kirby villain put in nearly as much effort to be a consistent presence in Kirby's adventures). Magolor's relationship to Kirby, however authentic, makes the possibility of him not coming back from the Master Crown's influence (as in the bad ending/True Arena cutscene) feel like the truest tragedy, even considering the equally or more dismal fates of other Kirby final bosses. Fortunately, Magolor does get to live and be the charismatic, narcissist bastard that he is! There's so much to think about with this character even after all these years, what a masterpiece. It’s as if I'm more invested in Magolor then I am in any actual person. . . The Kirby canon series has been a true delight, though! Even if there's not always a next time, this channel has helped me appreciate things I never might have otherwise. For that, I am very grateful.
That "I'll see you guys next time" at the end hits hard when you remember there probably isn't ever gonna BE a next time... Goodbye, Meteorz. I wish you a great rest of your life and we all appreciate your great contributions to figuring out the Kirby canon.
@@stronautninjatoxic what I mean by that is that he still makes new videos so saying you won’t ever see him again is overdramatic and edgy. not that I blame you or anything, considering Meteorz was milking all his fans for attention saying “OMG IM GONNA QUIT RUclips” even though he wasn’t.
@@carnage0685 To be fair, he made 9 videos in 2023, all in preparation for him leaving. With 2.5 months left for 2024, he's made 2 videos so far. The 2nd one being 5 months ago, and both being a month apart from each other. He's definitely not uploading nearly as much, and who knows? Maybe he did actually think he wasn't gonna come back and then slightly changed his mind later.
@@stronautninjatoxic Making 9 videos in “preparation” for him leaving is called milking his fanbase for attention imo. When people actually leave RUclips, they make one sudden video and then never post again. Also not to mention, he said he was gonna leave by the end of 2022, yet made NINE videos in 2023. That should be telling enough that the guy can’t commit to anything (I really hope he doesn’t share that same sentiment towards his family). His upload “schedule” (or lack there of) right now is pretty meager, but it’s hardly worse than it was throughout like, 2014-2019, give or taken a year or two. I’ve been following this guy since the days of RTDL, and it was deeply upsetting watching him make such a big scene. He said he wants to focus only on his family but the sad truth is that he’s still making videos (albeit somewhat infrequently). If he would just cut the bullshit and admit that he never really “left” RUclips I would forgive him and stop making such a big scene in his comment sections, but this guy’s ego is too big for that.
Personally, I think Magolor wanted to copy what Marx did, but instead of controlling Popstar or even the universe with his new powers, he was going to make the ultimate theme park and make everyone happy. But once he wore the Crown that would give him the power to do so, it took over his will and made him aim for the Universe instead. His arc is learning to trust people rather than lie to them to get what he wants, even if he thinks it's for a good cause. He doesn't mean harm, but his actions lead to harm, which is why he was sent to Hell and had to kill the Hell Tree to atone.
Thank you so much for talking once more about good ol' Magolor. I've always loved him, but thanks to the remake, his character became much more interesting and lovable to me. His story with the crown is super interesting and hits hard, honestly, and his dialogue in the game is just cool and fun. This will probably be the actual final Kirby canon video, so one more time, your efforts for doing this series are super appreciated!

Idea of Magolor Timeline: 1: Return to Dreamland 2: Extra Mode: where the Master Crown isn't defeated so easily and powers up all the prior levels and bosses. This is AU headcanon but I still like it. 3: Magolor Epilogue 4: Team Kirby Clash Deluxe 5: Kirby's Dream Collection 6: Star Allies 7: Super Kirby Clash, Magolor needs more funding to improve the Dream Collection 8: Merry Magoland 9: Arena, more of a dramatic reenactment than anything serious 10, some time in the distant or near future: True Arena, why won't the remnants of the Master Crown die!? Magolor's final fate is a tragic one.
2:39 I think he wasn’t lying considering when we unlock all the gears everything he says is true with “Wanting to build a theme park” “Taking lor” “Halcandrian isn’t my home” so I believe he is telling the truth and it is marx. Well, it's been an honour to be here to watch through all of the Kirby Canon videos you've made as they happened, and I suppose with this video the era truly has come to an end. Side-note but I love the fact you shamelessly used Chara's famous UNDERTALE Genoc. Ending line for the description, it fits so well in the Master Crown's context now I think about it. With that being said though, I want to say thanks. Thanks for all the memories you've given all of us over the many years you've been doing this for, and thanks for making what may be the last moments you make content on this channel, if not just for a very long time, that bit special for everyone. Congratulations on your child, and I hope you have a great time as a family as you presumably pass on your Kirby, and other, knowledge to your family over years to come. In retrospect, it's awesome that the stars aligned and a remake of the Kirby game that really started this channel off for a lot of us happened just in time for your inevitable departure...? from content production, and honestly I would not change that - I just hope that, in a way, just because you may have potentially ceased content production doesn't mean we, too, as a community become lost to time, and that you keep a rare presence for years to come in one form or another. Maybe one day we might even all cross paths elsewhere, as a community. That being said, I'll, and I'm sure many others will, see you... next time. Thanks for everything, Meteorz.
I think magolor could have escaped but didnt, simply to get money so he could build that amusement park for kirby, then when he got the money he just disapeared to go to popstar so he could fix his friendship
Noticed Magolor mentioning it would be "foolish" to fight Kirby. I'm not sure if that's a genuine sentiment at the time, or if he always somewhat had losing to Kirby in the back of his head the whole time.
Devours the soul... stealing any sense of self... That sounds awfully similar to what happened with a certain someone who found and tried to use a bit of the Ancients' tech to fulfill his wish... to see his daughter one last time
Interestingly, there's some concept art for Magolor Soul where he looks like his first boss form, just flipped upside-down... kinda like the Master Crown is wearing HIM instead of the other way around.
I personally believe the crown was controlled by a fragment of Dark Matter, seeing as how it appears during the Void Termina battle, also the one eye in Magolor Soul’s mouth
It's possible that it was empowered by magic derived from Void, since the Ancients studied Void a lot and made the Crown. Perhaps Void is itself the source of Dark Matter symbology (monoeye and such, based on its fight), so it's less specific than "Dark Matter" and more closely tied to whatever ability Void has that can influence others (like its weird wave attack that takes control of Allies).
If this is the last video of the channel, it is one heck of a video to go out out! I love that you could come full circle and end things off where you started. Hey, Meteorz... Thanks for everything.
The fact Magolor's Epilogue not only answers what happened to Magolor after the fight against Kirby, but also confirms that in some capacity Team Kirby Clash Deluxe and Super Kirby Clash are canon as well. It also explains why there are weapons and "armor" based off of previous bosses Kirby's faced against in both of the Kirby Clash games as well as why there are masks in RtDL:DX based off of foes and friends Magolor himself never saw initially. Although one question I do have where Magolor's love for amusement parks came from. Maybe it's the same case as Susie and her fondness for ice cream, and Magolor just found out about amusement parks while researching about the Ancients and the artifacts they had created and/or protected. After all, the Ancients had the ability to travel across worlds, maybe a few of the worlds they saw had amusement parks and documented it via journals, diaries, or whatever you'd like to call them.
Considering the connections between Marx and Magolor, I wouldn't be surprised of they hailed from some sort of carnival planet, it would atleast explain the circus imagery between them.
Hello Meteorz! Long time watcher of your channel here, and subscriber of a couple years. Despite never commenting on your videos before, I absolutely love your take on the lore of the Kirby series, and it helped me get through a decent bit of high school. I thought it was amazing seeing your final episode going back to the place where it all began for you. Then again, my favorite character, aside from Meta Knight and Kirby himself, is Magolor. Even after a few years, I still can’t help but love the lil chocolate magician egg! But I’m getting off track here. Of course, I’m sad to see you go, but I’m hoping the parenting thing goes great and you get your kid hooked on Kirby lore as well! But until then, I’m sure I’ll see you next time, someday. You’ll always be a legendary hero in our heart of hearts. Farewell, Meteorz, and Star Speed! (Like “Godspeed”, but as a Star Warrior’s expression.)
This is the true end of Kirby cannon i hope another will rise to take the king’s place in his leave edit:his see you all next time was emotional same man same
you know, you don't HAVE to conform to any upload schedule. you can do whatever the fuck you want, WHENever the fuck you want. in the RUclips Poop community, the most influential person to ever exist quit back in 2009, but after every 3-6 years, he'll just randomly pop up again and make a video about whatever the hell he wants to, and people still love him for it.
I have never even thought about the possibility of the Magolor Soul Fight in the True Arena being a "Bad Ending" to when you don't collect every Energy Sphere in RtDL The fight isn't just really epic, it's also really depressing when you think about it. The cries of Magolor's Soul drowning into the soundtrack of the Master Crown itself (CROWNED or Supreme Lord's Coronation ~OVERLORD~) perfectly parallels his struggle! And these cries only start in the Second Phase when IT loses its eyes! The battlefield is also way more grim with black and red everywhere. And then finally, the Death Animation is not happy or releases Magolor of the Crown, its more like fleeing with him to regain its powers to wreak havoc some day again. I would say it almost leaves you...on a cliffhanger like in the Dark Matter Trilogy when you didn't collect every collectible and the REAL evil is still lurking out there...
The crown has to be powered by something and since it was made by the Ancients, "masters of a matter most dark" (Hyness being part of the Magic faction), then it can only be assumed that dark hearts or Dark Matter were used to make it. This has some implications for the Clockwork Stars. When Nova was defeated in the True Arena, its parts turned into purple goop and combined with Marx, creating Marx Soul. We know that hearts of the Clockwork Stars are blue and pink. Lots of SOUL bosses use blue and pink attacks (paint rain, double fireball). The mirror corrupted Sectonia and the Drawcia-Paintra portrait was probably painted by Adeleine while she was possessed by Dark Matter in DL3 or 64. Are all the artifacts powered by that stuff? Idk. Maybe it'll be a thing in a future game.
Extra sort of evidence for Marx being the one who told magolor about Kirby is that he shows up in the 100% completion cutscene though you could argue it's just a fun reference
Marx being in the audience would imply that marx is in the game since the idea of the 100% cutscene is that all the characters are actors and we are seeing them behind the scenes, but since marx isn't anywhere to be found in return to dreamland theres no other explanation then that that friend magolor mentioned is marx.
I have the theory that the ancients created the master crown to become a Void-like being with infinite power (the crown transformed Magolor into a dark matter-like being), but they screw up the crown since they only knew about dark Void specimens like Void termina or dark matter, making the crown a parasite.
A 15 minute episode on the game that really started to develop Kirby Lore into what it is today? A fitting sendoff. I’m gonna miss “What Is Kirby Canon?” but it’ll be fun to do my own exploring in its place. It’s so cool how this remake recontextualizes the original game through the 11 years of lore revelations since. (11 years… the same amount of time as the original game took if we count the development from Kirby GCN’s beginnings after Crystal Shards. Coincidence? …probably, but kinda funny)
I suppose this is goodbye. Thank you for the years of incredible content and lore, you nailed it outta the park with this final video! Good luck in life and wish you and your family nothing but the best going forward! It's time for someone else to wear the Master Crown, hope you can get it off your head first. :P This was well worth the wait, thank you for going over our favorite little traitor. :)
9:33- Suprisingly, you can’t replay the opening stage without starting over the entire mode. And yet, Magolor has the aura he gets when he has full magic energy. How is this possible?
8:12-8:37 Something I always thought was strange was that the soul bosses could easily be wedged between the defeat of the original boss and the ending cutscene of each of their respective games. Marx soul-Kirby defeats Marx, sends him crashing into Nova, and Kirby starts to fly home. Marx resurrects as Marx Soul, intercepts Kirby on his way back, they fight, Kirby wins agains, que ending cutscene of Milky Way Wishes. Magalor Soul-Kirby defeats Magolor's second form, the crown reforms itself into the shape it's in during the magolor soul fight, Magolor soul emerges from the crown, Kirby wins again, que Magolor Epilogue's opening. Soul of Sectonia- Kirby inhales the flower heads of Sectonia's vines, launches the heads at Sectonia to break her shield, the heads go flying, Kirby obliterates Sectonia by inhaling her laser, the heads come back, the heads eat four miracle fruit, Soul of Sectonia is born, Kirby wins again, Sectonia explodes, que final cutscene of Triple Deluxe. Heart of Nova- Kirby drills Star Dream in half, SD inhales Kirby, Kirby breaks SD's heart, SD explodes, Kirby & the Robobot armor are left floating in space, que final cutscene of Robobot. Void Soul & Astral Birth- Kirby fights Void Termina's core, upon defeat the core turns into Void Soul, upon defeat Soul turns into Astral Birth, Kirby beats Astral Birth, que ending of Star Allies. Chaos Elfillis-His fight is just straight up cannon.
Honestly I'm really glad Magolor got this. He's sorta the one that sparked the grand Kirby lore pit so it feels really full circle that he got a deeper dive into who he is as well as a reason for not only why he wasn't dead but also remorseful.
8:10 And considering that each EX boss looks different but are powered up by parts of the Starcutter (excluding Landia, Starcutter, and Magolor), it kinda makes sense.
The Galacta Knight Part got a Feeling. I originally thought Magolor was one of 4 Heroes of Yore that Sealed Void Termina away, since Void Termina used a Memory Weapon that looked like the Master Crown. But someone said that it couldn’t be since anyone could wield the Master Crown. However if look at Magolor Soul in the True Arena’s Background, you will actually see a Sphere that looks kinda like Void, Plus the scene end feels a bit like Voids Defeat in Soul Melter EX. But like it’s not likely.
Soo maybe the lore goes something like this.. “the Lor” translates to “paradise”. Kirby and the Forgotten land hints that the ancients used the Lor to escape to a land of dreams, paradise? Also, Magolors name translates to “False Paradise”, I still think Magolor is/was a magical Ancient, because he does look alot like Hyness? So “False Paradise” could mean the banishment of the magical ancients?
I got a question if Merry Magoland is in a different time from return to dreamland deluxe how come when you get the masks in Merry Magoland Kirby still has the mask in return to dreamland deluxe? So doesn’t that mean that Kirby is the 3rd character that can travel to any timeline at any time? Unless the masks aren’t canon and Merry Magoland.
learning about kirby lore is my way of saying my head hurts so much why this series have so much lore for this? but at the same time i love learning what kirby's world have to offer than it's looks and the characters so bravo meteor and thank you for not only make these stuff (even the old ones) but helping me to pick up a kirby game for the first time and now i love kirby so much also magolor better not be lying for 11 years
15:20 I guess this should have been expected. After years of contributing to Kirby lore theories, Meteorz has earned a position in the lore itself. Thank you Meteorz, and godspeed.
Great work as always! I wish the devs would give us a more definitive statement on Magolor’s soul being canon or not. Crazy that Magolor was never from Halcandra even though he looks just like the halcandra dees. Maybe one day we will get to see Magolor and Marx’s home planet.

And lastly…
IM PART OF THE KIRBY CANON LETS GOOO
Fantastic review, Meteor! Good luck on parenting, and we’ll see you…
Next time!
This man has been the king of Kirby lore. I wish you well with wherever life takes you, Meteorz.
15:42 I love that landia’s just hanging around at the theme park
That "I'll see you guys next time" at the end hits hard when you remember there probably isn't ever gonna BE a next time...
Goodbye, Meteorz. I wish you a great rest of your life and we all appreciate your great contributions to figuring out the Kirby canon.
edgy
@@carnage0685 Oh. Ok.
I like how Landia EX is just a four headed Spyro
Personally, I think Magolor wanted to copy what Marx did, but instead of controlling Popstar or even the universe with his new powers, he was going to make the ultimate theme park and make everyone happy. But once he wore the Crown that would give him the power to do so, it took over his will and made him aim for the Universe instead.
His arc is learning to trust people rather than lie to them to get what he wants, even if he thinks it's for a good cause. He doesn't mean harm, but his actions lead to harm, which is why he was sent to Hell and had to kill the Hell Tree to atone.
Meteorz is a part of the canon! Changed my mind
The lost squishy challenge in forgotten land originull wasteland level 1 is meteorz (real)
For everything you have done for this community, you have my and many others' deepest thanks. Our hearts go out to you and your family; whatever future may lay ahead for you, let it be bright. (Although I have a feeling you will be back eventually )
💜Jambuhbye Meteorz! Thank you for everything 💜
Microtransagolor my beloved ⚙💙
Ok but can we TALK about Bandana waddle Dee in the cutscene right after magalor reaveals his intentions?
That “to HIM” sounded near exactly like the one in the galacta knight video
Ya beacuse that's exactly what's happening, they are both travelers Across universes and time so it makes sense for a bit of a throw back
Idea of Magolor Timeline:
1: Return to Dreamland
2: Extra Mode: where the Master Crown isn't defeated so easily and powers up all the prior levels and bosses. This is AU headcanon but I still like it.
3: Magolor Epilogue
4: Team Kirby Clash Deluxe
5: Kirby's Dream Collection
6: Star Allies
7: Super Kirby Clash, Magolor needs more funding to improve the Dream Collection
8: Merry Magoland
9: Arena, more of a dramatic reenactment than anything serious
10, some time in the distant or near future: True Arena, why won't the remnants of the Master Crown die!? Magolor's final fate is a tragic one.
thanks for clearing that up!
The True Arena isn't part of the main timeline, since the Master Crown is fully destroyed during Magolor Epilogue.
I still think it’s very funny that because of the events in Magolor Epilogue, micro transactions are now canon to Kirby
Now its really over. Cya next time, loremaster.
MICROTRANSACTIONS ARE CANON, LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOO
"Here Taranza I know something that will cheer you up!"
*Casually recreates his best friend's original look as a mask.*
"Its your Old Friend!"
2:39 I think he wasn’t lying considering when we unlock all the gears everything he says is true with “Wanting to build a theme park” “Taking lor” “Halcandrian isn’t my home” so I believe he is telling the truth and it is marx. (Also not only are they in official art together as buddies but their also on a stone together in kirbys rock ability in planet robobot and are seen alot in Japan exclusive merch together)
The crown to end all
Things have come full circle.
Magolor is the best Kirby character, you can't convince me otherwise.
i love how magalor got ticked about kirbys reaction when he wasn't surprised at the end of his adventure there's a big bad boss waiting for him
8:47 Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon are right there
Meteorz, you should be crowned for this shining achievement. The encore to the finale of years of lore.
Hahaha, "crowned"... ;)
That sounds awfully similar to what happened with a certain someone who found and tried to use a bit of the Ancients' tech to fulfill his wish... to see his daughter one last time
The Kirby series has a thing with possession. Specially with Dedede
Wait wait wait wait…. In super kirby clash, the gem apple tree has golden bands that wrap around the trunk. JUST LIKE THE MASTER CROWN!?!?
I'm gonna miss you, man
Interestingly, there's some concept art for Magolor Soul where he looks like his first boss form, just flipped upside-down... kinda like the Master Crown is wearing HIM instead of the other way around.
Undertale reference in the description.
The hero of Lore ladies and gents
I miss you so much man 😢
Gentlemen, it is time we see our friends one last time.
So this is the end, huh? Well then, enjoy your time with your family~
…Now, let's see if I can find a channel that can come close to yours for Kirby lore.
Isn't the crown already established to be sourced from Dark Matter, it's only that now we're learning just how souped up it really is?
Wondaria
Knowing this may be the last "what is kirby canon" episode makes me cry.
Thank you for this masterpiece of a series, Meteorz!
Magalor with the Master Crown: “Walking a tipe rope”
And this is why I don’t like tipe ropes
I have never even thought about the possibility of the Magolor Soul Fight in the True Arena being a "Bad Ending" to when you don't collect every Energy Sphere in RtDL
The fight isn't just really epic, it's also really depressing when you think about it.
Me when Lore:
Even if i know you are not gone gone,i feel nostalgic watching this.
Also,(as always) Great video!
This a good way to go out with a bang with the Kirby canon
A 15 minute episode on the game that really started to develop Kirby Lore into what it is today? A fitting sendoff. I’m gonna miss “What Is Kirby Canon?” but it’ll be fun to do my own exploring in its place.
It’s so cool how this remake recontextualizes the original game through the 11 years of lore revelations since.
(11 years… the same amount of time as the original game took if we count the development from Kirby GCN’s beginnings after Crystal Shards. Coincidence? …probably, but kinda funny)
Your making of the videos was quite awesome! 😎
We're finishing it how we started it...
Still know he’ll get to 100K when he properly and truly leaves.
I suppose this is goodbye. Thank you for the years of incredible content and lore, you nailed it outta the park with this final video! Good luck in life and wish you and your family nothing but the best going forward! It's time for someone else to wear the Master Crown, hope you can get it off your head first. :P
This was well worth the wait, thank you for going over our favorite little traitor. :)
magalor getting annoyed at kirby's blank stare is so funny to me for some reason
9:33- Suprisingly, you can’t replay the opening stage without starting over the entire mode. And yet, Magolor has the aura he gets when he has full magic energy. How is this possible?
I believe it happens if you rewatch this scene in the Theater while Magolor has full magic energy
Yeah @@homeworkatemydog that probably makes sense. I was thinking that could be a possibility
As a parting gift to meatorz. I give you this crown 👑. Do not fret, it will not slowly corrupt you. I promise.
One thing that is important to note is that the crown becomes increasingly entangled with Magolor throughout his fights
It’s been a wild ride, but it seems like this is the end of Meteorz for good now. May you have a great life, my friend
What I wild ride it's been, and a fantastic send-off to your channel, I wish you the best in your future endeavors and thank you for everything.
It's good to have the true Meteorz back.
He'll be taking a more-than temporary leave from RUclips. This is his final planned video. I'm glad that you and many others got to see it.
Little by little meteorz is making magolor my favorite character
Let me help you with that too
Bravo magolor you earned your reputation as a hero
Meteorz, thank you for being such a cool dude, and a hero of lore! Goodluck w/ your child! :)
In a way its poetic, the game that started this whole series is the one where it ends. Truly, thanks for everything, Meteorz.
8:10
And considering that each EX boss looks different but are powered up by parts of the Starcutter (excluding Landia, Starcutter, and Magolor), it kinda makes sense.
This is a pretty good what is Kirby canon episode.
Hi Meteorz I love this and I hope you have a good day and you are awesome and keep up with the great work
This is the 100% Kirby Master video!
It's over...I'm gonna miss seeing all these great videos. Glad you were here all this time. Meteorz, thank you.
So basically, that means galacta Knight is canon through a series of events
Unless the masks aren’t canon and Merry Magoland.
learning about kirby lore is my way of saying my head hurts so much why this series have so much lore for this? but at the same time i love learning what kirby's world have to offer than it's looks and the characters so bravo meteor and thank you for not only make these stuff (even the old ones) but helping me to pick up a kirby game for the first time and now i love kirby so much also magolor better not be lying for 11 years
I’m rewatching this now after I’ve bought and 100% Return to Dreamland Deluxe
15:20 I guess this should have been expected. After years of contributing to Kirby lore theories, Meteorz has earned a position in the lore itself.
Thank you Meteorz, and godspeed.
You forgot to mention Parallel Landia from Kirby Clash. He comes from a timeline where he lost control of the crown like Magolor did
Funny… how come the portal TA Magolor leaves through looks like an exit portal?
3:28 Those are some cute pictures
What a way to end this all.
I always agreed with the notion that the extra modes are also canon!
Man im so glad that he made another one of the kirby canon videos.
Great work as always! I wish the devs would give us a more definitive statement on Magolor’s soul being canon or not. Crazy that Magolor was never from Halcandra even though he looks just like the halcandra dees. Maybe one day we will get to see Magolor and Marx’s home planet.
