I’d switch out the tortilla for a Joseph’s pita and cut it halfway like you would cut a bagel and fill it with the same ingredients for the turkey cheese one. I’d cook it like you would a panini. Something to try. It comes out more like a panini and you save so much on cals!!

One of the biggest calorie sources is the tortillas, which you can get low calorie versions of. Xtreme wellness tortillas and la bandarita tortillas for example.
I'm sure you can play around with the ingredients and measurements and it will still be delicious! Keep us posted if you do decide to make it! Maybe give ideas to others who can't afford to have a 500 calorie meal.

But I don't want to get lower weight then 72-70kg. So I am not sure what to do now, should I stay in calorie deficit and cut until I see abs, or should I start clean bulk?
You’ll most definitely need to be leaner to see your abs. So it’s totally up to you. What do you prioritize more. Having abs? Or not being lower than 72kg? I think it sounds like you should cut a little bit more and then go into a prolonged bulk to build some more muscle so then you can be at or above 72kg with abs 👌🏻
Favourite Crunchwrap? Well, I’m thinking a bbq beef with extra mozzarella cheese, topped with sharp cheddar cheese, and air fried to make the cheddar cheese CRISPY! Also gotta add some ketchup on the side. Not much, but I think it’s a game changer lol.

Macros are off. The crunch wrap is over 600 calories. I find that a lot of these guys fudge their macros in these recipes to be more appealing. Spews for Views.

I use just a normal large flour tortilla for these. Nothing crazy. 34g carbs per. I think it’s the Mission brand
