I use to go straight to deep conditioner when I first started my natural hair journey. After Ive came across your wash day routines I have added that regular conditioner step along with doing hot oil treatments. My hair holds moisture better now

You should try banding your hair with hair bands 👀. That gives you a really good stretch and also gives you some pretty waves too!

I'm going 2 try your no heat method. I usually condition my hair as a pre poo if I run out of the African pride prepoo shampoo. I need to go back to shampoo, conditioner, and DC. As always your videos are amazing and informative 🤸🏽♀️

You do have point. When I used shampoo, condition and deep conditioner vs shampoo and then deep condition, I noticed my hair was way more healthy. I need to stop skipping that conditioner step. Thanks so Much for this video, love your wash day videos so much information. 😊
