This is exactly what I do to stretch my daughter's type 4 hair. I stumbled on it by accident LOL. I love the stretch it gives her! I only put her in 4 big bantu knots, but it gives the same affect. I think I will try it in as many as you did to see if she gets even more stretch.

My Mom was waaaay ahead of the times. She always put my sisters and I hair like this after washing and I'm a 70's baby. We hated them especially if we had to go out in them. We called them Beady Balls😂 Now they're a style.

your hair looks so soft for 4c hair. perhaps its bc youre a pro so your hair is really nice and moisturized, but my hair is just coarse, brittle and dry. ugh
believe it or not your hair texture and be eoft and stretched out
Mine was really dry too.. I think I'm 4c but then I tried cream of nature curling pudding and a whipped shae butter mix using the LCO mixture and by the next day it felt soft... Maybe give it a try?

Have to keep managing your hair with a steady routine. Ive been managing my 4b 4c mixed hair for about three years and I definitely see my hair behaving the way I want. Try It. Hope that helps.
An alternative method is to put the hair in two braids and let air dry. No blow dryer needed...It stretches the hair nicely as well. Bantu knots tend to take longer to dry. Nice hair you have.

Yes, u are attractive as the other comment says. After my hair is clean I do the bantu knots every nite to sleep and then wear to gym. I put in 10 total and part mine a little differently than yours and hold with a bobby pin cuz they wont stay. So she is correct this method Does stretch the hair especially after more than a day....as mine takes 2 days almost to dry.
Best natural hair type that I've gotten in my two years of being natural! This really stretched my hair.

Thanks for sharing as I damaged my hair to a crisp using curling irons at the salon. An inexperienced hairdresser landed me here...trying to use no heat.....heat isn't bad as I used it for years but damn, the second I used that damn iron straightener, it was GAME OVER for my gorgeous hair!

Great video! I like to use the hooded dryer too. It really lays down the cuticle and gives the hair a silky feel. You would make a stunning model...such natural beauty:) Take care.
For me, to air dry my hair means that I will have to wet my hair again just to be able to comb through it again. This is why i always have to blow dry my hair. Does that happen to you?

Argan rain %100 Pure Argan Oil works wonderfully! Make sure to shake it up because I noticed settling sometimes. Regularly used before bed and washed out the next day. No smell when used, but has a slightly unpleasant smell once it has been in your hair all night.

I just tried this bantu knot stretch method this weekend before seeing this video..
(great minds) along with cutting my ends which made a huge difference with how my hair feels. Your hair really resembles 4b-c which I am so happy you have...lol. I have been duped by other brown girls and I love their channel but their hair reacts and performs in a way that mines doesn't. I saw 2 hair styles you featured one from your natural hair tips video, so gorge!! and your 6 mohawk video, spectacular..lol!!
Again please continue to try products, make video and do tutorials. I transitioned for 2 years and big chopped in October & watching your videos today for the first time has encouraged me very much. ;)

I actually use this method when I'm done washing my hair and to help have my hair stretched and partially dry before blow drying it either the same day or the next night
