Have faith in JESUS CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOR for HE SAVES from hell❗️
      *What is the Gospel?*
The true gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Man is by nature sinful and separated from God with no hope of remedying that situation. But God, by His power, provided the means of man’s redemption in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ.
      Ephesians 2:8-9
For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
      Romans 10:9
9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
      JESUS CHRIST can come anytime!
Just Believe ❤️ Love you and GOD BLESS

This video took me back to my relaxer days in the late 90s & early 2000s! I’m 42 years old & the good old school roller wrap hairstyle GREW my hair & made it HEALTHIER! Unfortunately, my stylist has retired, because she said “most of clients wanted BONE STRAIGHT hair without the body”! She didn’t like using flat irons all the time, just the old school hot comb & rollers. She was tired of being told “how other stylists were using this & that to get bone straight hair”.
But I’ve always loved the roller wrap hairstyle & I may need to get my cousin to do it for me. I use KeraCare products whenever I use heat on my hair.

I grew my hair out all natural, no heat for about 5 years. Finally went back to the dominicans (I'm dominican) to get my hair done, not only were the rollers super loose, she then blow dried excessively and wanted to flat iron after. I literally got into an argument with her about not using the flat iron, she insisted! I had to be like ma'am, I'm old school, I wanted to roller set, just a little blowdry to get the roots and call it a day. My hair smelled so burned I had to have her cut 4 inches off. Fast forward to me ordering a whole set for my house and learning how to do it through youtube lol. Bone straight was never my thing and I dont want heat damage. I LOVE rollersetting my hair, I just hate the drying time. My texture is kinky, coily, course, and extremely dense. Your tips are perfect. It’s all about tension, roller size, and keeping the hair wet as you roll. I only suggest hourglass rollers for those with a kinkier texture. I also use a tangle teaser to get the hair smooth. I LOVE your end results.

I'm Native American and I used to wrap my hair back in the day. Natives do theirs a little different. My hair was very long and naturally curly if I would wash and let it air dry. I would roll the crown of my head with just 3 rollers and wrap my the rest wet to the right of my head. Let that dry and take down just the wrapping part and wrap the other way to the left side. Get back under the dryer again. Oh I used a lot of the big black bobbin pins to wrap it. I loved the finish process. I need to start back doing that. Oh your hair is beautiful. 💞

Cher, I used to do this every week, it brings back such memories, I had beautiful super long natural wavy 36 to 40 inch hair as a child, I'm Latin and all the women in my family had a Huge old heavy hood hair dryer and we always used magnetic rollers to do our hair, I hated sitting under that super duper hot hot dryer for hours to achieve that super straight look, but honey it was worth it, until it rained or high humidity, ugh!! All that time work sweating under that dryer was wasted with the rain and high humidity!! Mayben with the Chi Keratin products I may not have frizz, I'm wearing my hair with extensions now, no work no sweat wash and go!! Yah, if the power goes out how could I have beautiful in slick flowing locks, ( long silky extensions) ya!!!

Fire!! So beautiful! I remember doing this in DR too, I would sit out in the sun to get that “indirect heat” 😂

I would reccomend blow drying your hair with cold air if it's thick before doing the rollerset, and using olive oil to add extra shine if you want it.

I live by deep condition and roller set and wrap. My hair is so thick and long from doing this so I agree stay away from the blow drier and flat iron as much as possible. Your hair will grow so healthy and long if you want your hair longer. Days when I don't wear my hair out, I leave it wrapped up in a silk scarf or a very loose ponytail.

Happy to see that everything old, is new again!! I used to do this to my hair back in the 70s. The old Disco days when hair was long and feathered. Only problem I had back then, was if it got humid, my hair would get pouffy like crazy. We didn't have the mousse or serums But hey the big Afro was in back then too. 🌺✌🏼💃🏽✌🏼🌺

Setting lotion was around but you had to buy it concentrated and dilute it. It’s the same product! I still use that form too!

Gorgeous. So glad my mom made me learn how to roller set my coils. We used the rolling paper with wire mesh rollers. I'll have to revisit soon. Will try with the Lotta Body foaming wrap and compare it to their old school setting lotion. Thanks for sharing.

I use the wet hair roller set also, I use a detangler for moisture and comb out. It helps progress smoothly.

I've not put rollers in my hair for years. Like you said there is a section where your arms sure can ache. This is by far the best way to get a decent long lasting wave. I enjoyed the video and the products thank you from the UK 🇬🇧

My friend in cosmetology used to use Lotta Body on my hair back in the 80s. I've always liked a roller set because it lasts longer or if I want the curls a little tighter I'll do pin curls.

That’s not new, that’s how we used to do it back them. But it was good to see that coming back as when you go to any hair salon these days they put too much heat and it’s damaging your hair. Glad you did this video to remain us that we don’t need all that heat to get our hair straight. 🌹

I’ve been doing this when I go to my Dominican hair salon for years. You don’t have to blow out and flat iron; at the salon just tell them what to do. Bring what you need. I forgot to mention my hair is natural and I’ve been natural for 25 years; my hair length is past my shoulder blades or down the middle of my back.
