Thank you so much for this updated thorough content!!! I fly the OG Vbar control, but I know this video is synonymous with it. These videos are awesome references for when I forget something!!!
You say the opening for autorotation should be between 25 and 40%; yet your's is at 24%, or outside the range. Why is that? Also, what are the bank 1, 2, and 3 percentages you talk about while flying? Thanks,
I think I set it to 25%. With the Mikado V Control radio, when I run the Hobbywing Gov, I typically set each of the banks 60%, 70%, and 80% as a first pass and then with flights I will adjust those percentages from that starting point to get the head speeds I want in each bank. If I am running Vbar Gov then I actually dial in the head speeds I want for each bank.

I really appreciate the feedback. Thank you
I'm enjoying your helpful videos. Using bailout, one must have a motor kill switch being hold isnt actually shutting the motor down when landing? tyvm
Amazing videos really help me
thank you very much
What setting should I set my hobbywing esc at on the program card?
I’m running vbar gov so do I need to do speed/50%rpm calibration?
