I have to say so myself, very detailed and a deep range.
I'm Amazed you can hear the difference between this and the standard (2014) vinyl elsewhere on RUclips through computer speakers. So glad I bought these Classic Recs titles when they came out.
What kind of record player is that that's really nice
@@LetArtsLive It is not only the turntable, it is the cartridge mainly (± 70% ~ 80%) that can achieve that sound quality ... even if it has a turntable of US $ 5,000.- but having the incorrect Cartridge will not achieve a very good or Excelent sound.....
@@cdcm1959 I'll just have to stick with the techniques with a ceramic cartridge I guess you'd have to be a millionaire to be able to afford turntable like that

I have a recent reissue of this album, but it's a digital remastered version and sounds a bit thin and metallic, not very exciting! 😒

It's a heck of a lot better than the 90s CD masters though. My dad has the CD box set, and Zep 4 sounds like it was mastered at 192kbps. No good at all.

Still better dynamics and mastering. Even through a lossy encoding you can at least hear that difference.

The Cartride is SoundSmith, the model is AIDA ... US $ ± 1999.-, if it is very high, I recommend an excellent sound, it can be close to 80% with the Nagaoka cartridge, model MP-200, with MP 300 ( ± 90%) and MP-500 ± 100%), these models are an excellent and real alternative for less price, and before that, make a good alignment of the cartridge before playing lp. If your budget maximum is ± US $ 500. I recommend the MP-200 or MP-300 (if you can).....

the sound is good and warm there is a problem, your system is too slow and not gritty, it looks like a hybrid.Not suitable for rock
I do not doubt the record is 200gram but looking at the video, the record looks paper thin.
