Degreasers (especially concentrates) NEED water to work correctly. They work by loosening the hydrocarbon bond and replacing it with water. Sufracants are similarly used like windex and dish soap. Imagine just using dish soap and then letting something dry.

This is exactly what NOT to do with this cleaner. Im gonna give it to you live and direct, DILUTE it and don't expose aluminum to this chemical, plus you wasted about 16oz on that one tire, my guess is you buy this shit wholesale if your using that much.

Have you used it since they changed it to the yellow jug? I don't think it works as good!
