Also I am genuinely impressed with the volume, quality, consistency, and helpfulness of your work. It's seriously impressive and I actually pray to God regularly that you have a long prosperous and good life. There's very few people making these kinds of efforts to genuinely help people who need it the most to be strong and healthy or at a minimum, a little bit better off.

Please watch the whole video as it is more detailed.
1:45 The real problem with our sleep is abundance of artificial light and also too much light in general which inhibits melatonin. Melatonin is triggered by darkness,
3:28 Melatonin is the most powerful antioxidant which has numerous benefits and also helps you sleep,
    3:42 To improve your sleep:
    01. If you want to reset your circadian rhythm, it's important to expose your body and eyes to light in the morning when you wake up,
    02. When the sun's going down, it's ideal to expose yourself to the sunset,
    03. The second most powerful stimulus to help your circadian rhythm, is exercise,
    04. Keep your room cooler,
    05. You can take Magnesium before bed,

Whereas before I wouldn't really feel tired until around 4 am even after taking melatonin, as I was in a constant state of tension due to the stress I am under, the gaba kicks in about one hour after I take it and I feel like it releases all the built up tension so that I can allow myself to feel tired and go to bed earlier.

I’m 32 years old I’ve had sleeping issues since I was a child. It has been at least five years that it’s been literally impossible for me to sleep more than 5 to 6 hours and that’s a good night for me most nights I sleep around for hours many nights even less. I have tried everything from meditation, I’ve always exercised regularly with high intensity, I tried fixing my circadian rhythm by doing all the things you said with light but also even tried using SR9009 or SR9011 in the mornings with melatonin in the evenings to try to help my circadian rhythm. I have tried every supplement you could think of Oleamide, PEA, all kinds of cannabis strains and tinctures, melatonin, all kinds of magnesium, Taurine, Glycine, Theanine, Tart Cherry, Phosphatydilserine, Ashwaghanda, L-THP, GABA, phenibut, valerian, chamomile, hops, lavender, apigenin, Magnolol and Honokiol, vitamin B1 derivatives, and much much more I just can’t think of at the moment. There are many pharmaceuticals that help though but I stay away from them because even though I sleep it’s a very poor quality of sleep that’s the downside of the pharmaceuticals is you don’t really get restful sleep. Clonazepam is the only thing in the world that lets me sleep solid for well over 8 hours without waking up at all however it is far too dangerous not only because it is recklessly addictive and habit forming and has some of the most unpleasant withdrawals of any drug in existence but also because studies have suggested people using benzos for sleep it actually increases the chance of mortality. Kind of like how with antioxidants they found out if you supplement with a lot of antioxidants it actually increases all cause mortality for some reason same thing with taking benzos for sleep even though you’re actually sleeping more for some reason it increases mortality. Benzos are the literal devil UNLESS used for emergencies then they are a gift from god. Say someone experiences the loss of a loved one like your child or your partner dies in those kinds of circumstances drugs like benzos can be life-saving.

But for now... trying to get healthy...l will just focus on getting my health back. Too much too quickly is not good. If you just can not sleep...ask them to try Ambien. It really helps. But make sure you are in bed Soo when it kicks in...your prepared to sleep. Because if you take it and stay up...it will wear off. God Bless...🙏

My problem is when I wake up to go pee in the middle of the night it's a wrap. I CANNOT go back to sleep when I have work. Last night I slept 4 hours. Toss and turned for 2 hours then alarm went off.

Great advice! I am a lifelong sufferer at night, and Dr Berg's suggestions have helped me over the years, especially melatonin and the various metals zinc and magnesium.
