Either the sound or picture works. Never both. I think Vizio TV’s are just junk. Never have this much issue with my LG TV’s.

VIZIO E50x-E1 LED TV and the screen went black.
When powered up and shining a light on the screen I can see the screen dose
have the input images. Also it has sound, but the LED back-lights not working.
Several hours before the screen went totally black the upper left corner was
darker then normal.
