i am currently losing weight to join the air force and i am struggling so much but im trying to push through and im so grateful to hear about you journey and it makes me feel like i can do it
Update: it’s 08/10/2022 and i am @ 200lb officially, i was at 260 when i started. and i’m proud of how far i’ve come, not it hasn’t been all easy but it’s taught me super important lessons about my mental and physical strengths. So if anybody struggling don’t worry boo. Learn and take your time. Take care of your mental before anything.
Just keep working out at it! Just lost my 30 pounds I needed to lose and I leave in 3 weeks 😄

The biggest lesson I learned from BMT was accepting help. I went in being very independent and I was trying to continue that trend until about 2WOT 😂

People have to realize that MTI’s go to school to learn to yell and do the things they do. I just remembered that and did what I was told. I had so much fun we cried and our female MTI cried on graduation day. We were scared to leave her. Then we got Debo in Tech school. Everyone was afraid of him but he was so cool towards us as a whole. But if you broke the rules lol you’re dead.
I went to BMT when Covid started beginning of 2020 and watching your videos since 2019 helped me to prepare.. so proud of you and your accomplishments, your patience through the years has paid off.. congrats

they take diff pic throughout bmt and you can pay after to get them

Lol there was plenty of girls older than me when I was form chief. It really depends on who your MTI believes is the best fit
