trying ballet inspired workouts as a professional ballerina. Hey guys! In todays video I try 3 ballet inspired workouts as a professional ballerina! I have had this idea for a while and I am excited to finally share it with you today. There are a lot of ballet inspired workouts out there but I decided that these three would be great. At the end of the day the best ballet inspired workout is a plain old ballet class BUT these were fun to try as well!! Hope you enjoy me trying ballet inspired workouts as a professional ballerina!!

Goldie, I look forward to your videos every week!! Super well done!! I’m middle aged now but once upon a time, I was a professional ballet dancer. Your body is VERY long and lean, so just wanted to say be careful about saying things about your body-it could freak out others watching who aren’t built like you with your gorgeous physique. Most of us aren’t so lucky with the genetics of your body type. I love your content each week, and thanks so much for what you do. You’re helping many people-dancers and anyone else enjoying your videos. Also-I bet teaching ballet is going to be a GREAT fit for your talents!!! Your students will LOVE you!!!
