This video is actually not something where people are already slim and show only after.... It's actually showing all the transformation. I am gonna start form 5/11 Goal 50kg. Currently 95.5kg Before 109.3kg Today(9/11)93.4kg Now(20may): 92kgs
This is a realistic goal and time set! Never overwork you body and expect results in a week or so it takes time to acomplish your goals and if you over do it and cut way down on your diet, your metabolism will slow down, meaning your body will start to conserve fat because it thinks we are being starved. With that being said, don't stop or slow down, go at your pace and eat healthy! hope you all get motivated about lose weight. I promise you will get better quality sleep, more energy, and an overall feeling of "HEY! I CAN DO THIS!" If she could do it, you can too

I'm not so sure. She looked pregnant in the first photo. I wouldn't be surprised if she gave birth and was then getting back into shape. Getting into shape after pregnancy is hard but it is not the same as losing 50 lbs. of fat.

The motivation to do it daily is the biggest challenge and only you can do it. Nobody can do it for you. They can encourage you but you have to put the time and effort in and that is the struggle.
I liked the way she was passionate about her exercises and towards herself! She was very confident that she can make it to the goal and so here is she! Becoming more gorgeous 😍✨ You can achieve a goal when you are confident and passionate towards yourself!! But not me! I try my best and then again in the same way, lying lazily on the bed!

Well its hard when your genetics make u fat.....its been a constant battle for me to loose weight each time i loose i gain back....its not only weight lose in life i have to focus on....there are many other things as well like career i know many gsin weight ....after 12th during graduation because of stress and stidy pressure and less time to workout... ...but....being overweight since childhood is not easy.....loosing weight and then gain back beacuse u just can't exercise 2 months before exam.....u don't know on what to focus on.....and there are other who just eat what they like and ...never gain even a single kg....isn't it unfair.....? U tell....

yeah.... i also dnt knw hw 2 control myself 4 eating junks, soft drinks etc... eventually i do workout but m stuck wit my 58kg coz of eating fast food, packet items etc. 🤣🤣
Eating will make more of a difference that exercise. Although exercise is very good for you as well. But if you are focused on weight loss, diet is your best bet.

Reducing food intake is the best way to start. Start with smaller meals per meal time. Gradually u will start eating healthy meals(most healthy meals are of low colorie. With time u wouldn't be eating too much and the weight will come off

А потом ещё и ещё, и поехало, злюсь на себя и продолжаю переедать. И снова начинаю заниматься собой, такая я не постоянная.
This is great so long as your body is used to these exercises and you don't start pulling muscles. If you do these exercises in your 40's day 1 you'll be in a lot of pain with muscle pulls day 2 until about a week and a half. Take it slowly at first and do LOTS OF STRETCHING. Once you're body is used to the entropy then you can start doing 30+ reps.

The fact is that she is doing every exercise almost in a right way. Whenever I do any exercise especially on floor I just lay down.

This is great so long as your body is used to these exercises and you don't start pulling muscles. If you do these exercises in your 40's day 1 you'll be in a lot of pain with muscle pulls day 2 until about a week and a half. Take it slowly at first and do LOTS OF STRETCHING. Once you're body is used to the entropy then you can start doing 30+ reps.

Попробовала....дюже нереально тЯжело...Забыла что мы уже не так молоды как она.....Но...☝ вспомнила, что в её возрасте я была стройна и худа как тополёк....и...и это меня успокоило)))))....И оглядываясь вокруг,жизнь говорит, что лишний жирок никак не красит любую женщину и девушку.Поэтому старамься как можем 😂😂😂
Но эта девушкааа....её тренировки....эт что то....Но мОтивирует же...!!!! Хотя бы не запускать себя))))
