They are young in their 20s, a lot easier. But when you reached 40s it is much harder to lose weight. It would take 4 to 6 months time. When i was in my teens i weighed less than 90lbs/46 kg. I was abt 5ft 4. Now im in my late 50s, my weight has increased to abt 64 kg.
I really like the fact that he is doing it with her instead of watching like most personal trainers. I think that way it motivates you even further and you don’t feel so self conscious at having someone watch you the whole time.
I started my weight loss journey 3 months ago. All my trainer told me was "Embrace the Grind. And trust in the process". I am half way towards reaching my goal already. But, there are days when I feel like abandoning my diet and giving into the cravings. From now on, I am gonna remind myself why I started this. Thank you - for the video and the message.

This made me cry because it really does burn and takes a toll. Physically and mentally especially if you have high functioning depression. It was nice to see the process she went through. It feels good once you’ve achieved your goals.

I feel this way all the time, but something that might (might, I'm not saying its best at all) is working out in 10 or 15 minute increments throughout the day. I always end up thinking, "eh, it's only 10 minutes, might as well do it." Plenty of 10 minute workout videos online! Choose one and go! But make those 10 minutes great. :)

I literally started off my training but it was so intense that I cannot feel my body it was aching at such extreme I can't even explain I just want to let you know that it definitely seems easy by just watching all those videos but you'll know the pain when you'll try yourself and if you're still consistent through hard work then you'll surely success. I haven't give up yet I'm taking a rest today but I'll again start from tomorrow because it's okk to rest but not to be demotivated and give up. Work hard and love yourself ❤️❤️❤️❤️

И самое чудесное, в питании нет жоских ограничений. Ем все, но конечно в умеренных порциях. Даже алкоголь присутствует в моем меню)))) отказалась только от мучного и сладкого, вернее это само собой как то случилось. Тч спорт действительно работает!!!

I don’t know if this is an advertisement for the gym but eating healthier/eating less is really the key to losing weight. While exercising is great for your health it plays such a small percentage in weight lost. Just image drinking a cup of Starbucks fancy coffee that has like 500 calories. It will take you about an hour to burn that much calories.
Perfect answer. I see too many people go full throttle to lose weight and then quit. They forget how important eating proper is. Also, when it comes to exercise it can be as simple as adding in a 30 minute walk everyday.

I’ve watched several of these videos and I am against boot camp trainers, I hope trainers are full of encouragement and positive remarks. I love to see the trainer work out together it shows a genuine interest in her well being.

For people saying she is lucky, everyone has a different body type. East Asian bodies TEND to carry fat only in their abdomen, arms and face. This can cause extreme discomfort to the back and knee joints as well as high risk for cardio, respiratory and GI related issues, which skyrocket for east Asian body types after a certain point (depending on height of course) it is VERY difficult to lose fat in these portions of the body, you can't half ass it with just weights or just cardio She busted her as$ for this and you can tell, major kudo

It's alright that you have trouble getting yourself to do it a lot of people have trouble getting thselves to.

I don’t know if this is an advertisement for the gym but eating healthier/eating less is really the key to losing weight. While exercising is great for your health it plays such a small percentage in weight lost. Just image drinking a cup of Starbucks fancy coffee that has like 500 calories. It will take you about an hour to burn that much calories.
More than an hour for many people.
Perfect answer. I see too many people go full throttle to lose weight and then quit. They forget how important eating proper is. Also, when it comes to exercise it can be as simple as adding in a 30 minute walk everyday.

I’ve watched several of these videos and I am against boot camp trainers, I hope trainers are full of encouragement and positive remarks. I love to see the trainer work out together it shows a genuine interest in her well being.

For people saying she is lucky, everyone has a different body type. East Asian bodies TEND to carry fat only in their abdomen, arms and face. This can cause extreme discomfort to the back and knee joints as well as high risk for cardio, respiratory and GI related issues, which skyrocket for east Asian body types after a certain point (depending on height of course) it is VERY difficult to lose fat in these portions of the body, you can't half ass it with just weights or just cardio She busted her as$ for this and you can tell, major kudo
