      They are young in their 20s, a lot easier. But when you reached 40s it is much harder to lose weight. It would take 4 to 6 months time.
      When i was in my teens i weighed less than 90lbs/46 kg. I was abt 5ft 4. Now im in my late 50s, my weight has increased to abt 64 kg.

    I really like the fact that he is doing it with her instead of watching like most personal trainers. I think that way it motivates you even further and you don’t feel so self conscious at having someone watch you the whole time.

    I started my weight loss journey 3 months ago. All my trainer told me was "Embrace the Grind. And trust in the process".
    I am half way towards reaching my goal already. But, there are days when I feel like abandoning my diet and giving into the cravings. From now on, I am gonna remind myself why I started this. Thank you - for the video and the message.

    I really appreciated watching this video because she showed all the pain she went through just to get to the place where she is now. Other fitness videos are so fake, they make it look so effortless and easy to exercise your body fat off when it’s far from the truth. As the saying goes, no pain no gain.       Yes she worked hard, it was a torturous process to lose all that fat. Lesson learnt : don’t ever become that fat in the first place. Practice self control.

So you are saying this lady had mental issues that made her overeat to obesity and she also had mental issues that made her start having self control not to overeat and exercise to lose weight?? So many people know it better but they follow their taste buds more than sensibility. I for one has suffered from depression and anxiety but always knew I had to take responsibility for my health and eat healthily because of not there will be dire consequences!!!

    This made me cry because it really does burn and takes a toll. Physically and mentally especially if you have high functioning depression. It was nice to see the process she went through. It feels good once you’ve achieved your goals.

It’s really awful feeling especially when u go out public or when u don’t know what to wear in school or job :( it’s really sad :( I just want to wear simple clothes like hoodie or pants and go to school without feeling insecure 😞

    I love it! She actually put in the work and it paid off. Alot of people fall for these overnight results from flat tummy tea to waist trainers and try to sell people a dream. This is how you get results - calorie deficit and working out. Amazing job 👏🏽

      I feel this way all the time, but something that might (might, I'm not saying its best at all) is working out in 10 or 15 minute increments throughout the day.
      I always end up thinking, "eh, it's only 10 minutes, might as well do it." Plenty of 10 minute workout videos online! Choose one and go! But make those 10 minutes great. :)

      It is okay, just do basic excercise, like warming up for 5 minutes each day and increase when ever you find comfortable

    This girl is fitness goals. What I love was seeing how in the beginning, she really looks like every second is painful, but eventually it gets easier and then she’s even smiling while working our. Very cool, very inspiring.

    I went from 300lbs to becoming addicted to losing weight and dropping into the 140s I’m now at a comfy 178. There are so many little things that change when you lose weight but to do that and be in shape is a true testament of your dedication to a healthy existence

    I literally started off my training but it was so intense that I cannot feel my body it was aching at such extreme I can't even explain I just want to let you know that it definitely seems easy by just watching all those videos but you'll know the pain when you'll try yourself and if you're still consistent through hard work then you'll surely success. I haven't give up yet I'm taking a rest today but I'll again start from tomorrow because it's okk to rest but not to be demotivated and give up. Work hard and love yourself ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Обычно такие видео не особо впечатления вызывали, думала при желании любой может достичь таких результатов... но месяц сама занимаюсь в зале, и это просто капец) прям всю её боль прочувствовала, аж до слез) это ооооооочень тяжкий и колоссальный труд! Девушка супер, очень мотивирует, думала сегодня не пойду в зал, но аж загорелась))))

      @@МеруертКатаева здравствуйте, результат есть) начала 10.01 и на сегодняшний день -8 кг. Раньше носила 48 размер, сейчас 42)))) недавно обновила гардероб)))) с тренером ещё 3 занятия осталось, потом уже сама буду ходить, очень понравилось заниматься! И самое чудесное, в питании нет жоских ограничений. Ем все, но конечно в умеренных порциях. Даже алкоголь присутствует в моем меню)))) отказалась только от мучного и сладкого, вернее это само собой как то случилось. Тч спорт действительно работает!!!

      People have a screwed sense of what obesity is these days. Often when we think of obese we think of morbidly obese. This is false. Depending on her BMI, she was probably obese

      Better than BMI, the most accurate way to diagnose obesity is one’s body fat percentage. For women, having more than 32% body fat makes you obese. If you look up what 30% body fat looks like in a woman, her before body definitely looked like it carried significantly more fat than 30% so yes she was obese. Furthermore, you should not downplay lacking physical fitness. Being winded after very light exercise is not a good thing for anyone.

    I don’t know if this is an advertisement for the gym but eating healthier/eating less is really the key to losing weight. While exercising is great for your health it plays such a small percentage in weight lost. Just image drinking a cup of Starbucks fancy coffee that has like 500 calories. It will take you about an hour to burn that much calories.

      Perfect answer. I see too many people go full throttle to lose weight and then quit. They forget how important eating proper is. Also, when it comes to exercise it can be as simple as adding in a 30 minute walk everyday.

      Lo importante es una buena alimentación y hacer ejercicios que beneficien nuestro corazón , recuerden por más que hagan 100 sentadillas todo el día no ayuda de mucho si no tienes una buena alimentación balanceada .

    I’ve watched several of these videos and I am against boot camp trainers, I hope trainers are full of encouragement and positive remarks. I love to see the trainer work out together it shows a genuine interest in her well being.

    She was beautiful from the beginning, obviously working hard improved her body a lot.
    It's amazing how her self-esteem increased at the end of the video. Her personal trainer both in terms of attitude and exercises reminds me a lot of my personal trainer hahahah hahahahaha

      Даже у меня не такой плоский. Хотя я похудела на 7кг, живот просто не сдается, точнее низ живота.. и ляшки тоже, так что продолжаю тренироваться, но пока не выходит..

    For people saying she is lucky, everyone has a different body type. East Asian bodies TEND to carry fat only in their abdomen, arms and face. This can cause extreme discomfort to the back and knee joints as well as high risk for cardio, respiratory and GI related issues, which skyrocket for east Asian body types after a certain point (depending on height of course) it is VERY difficult to lose fat in these portions of the body, you can't half ass it with just weights or just cardio She busted her as$ for this and you can tell, major kudo
