It´s not cruel, if it push you to do this change, isn´t it? :) Sometimes you have to hear painful truth to do something about it. I like eating a lot of sweets because of stress in work and then I am "torturing " myself with running, cycling, TRX and lots of salads :D

Telling an obese person you're familiar with to make better decisions because they're killing themselves isn't cruel. Calling an obese stranger a disgusting fat f*ck is beyond a painful truth, it's just mean. Now that I'm on the healthy side, I prefer to encourage people who are still struggling rather than beat them down. Looking better and feeling better is more delicious than anything I ate when I was fatter

hi, well i was 84kg and currently struggling everyday to go down. im in the end of my second month of intense work out, running, and eating clean using calorie counting and im down to 76kg... im sitting here crying while seeing the fire in her eyes as she struggled. thank you for the motivation.
Yes same because you understand i went from 80kg to now 66kg it's an everyday struggle but I'll get there i mean she did so can i and i wish you as much success on your journey as she did
People need to understand exercising alone is not enough. You have to watch what you eat. As well as abs alone won't get rid of the stomach fat. You have to do cardio. Jump ropes or run or something that works your entire body. Eat fewer carbs while burning more. That's the way to go. Eat vegetables and fruits more. Drink lots of water. Whatever you were eating before, cut it in half.
Cut in in half ? Thats very irresponsible advice. Especially if you've started exercising more,you would starve your body if youre not fuelling sufficiently post-workout. And you will ruin your metabolic health so the moment you stop restricting,you will gain it all back.

@@shototodorokieatingramen7770 I've just completed my PgDip in Nutrition and I can tell you that one should always priorotise optimal health over weight loss alone. Weight loss doesn't necessarily mean good health,especially if achieved with restriction and deprivation. It's simply not sustainable and makes you miserable, and makes your body miserable. Fuelling well with all whole food groups and nourishing the body so it can work out well and get stronger will deliver long lastig results. And mindful treats, even if 'not healthy' are totally allowed sometimes. Anything that's 'forbidden' will always lead to a negative mindset which will lead to failure.
Abs are made in the kitchen. Being on a “diet” is a bad thing, because if you’re “on a diet” that means eventually you’ll be off of it. Develop healthy eating habits, excercise and avoid things you KNOW are harming your health. The formula is simple, the execution of that formula?? Not so much... if being healthy really IS a priority, you’ll find the time and motivation to make it happen like this woman did. I doubt she did this in 3 months, but whatever. The bottom line is that did it.

WOW if that is honestly 90 days, I am really proud of this girl. The first step is the hardest, but man once you get rolling and motivated, you won't stop. The tables have definitely turned and whoever shamed her is regretting it.
She looks amazing now, very inspirational. Going from doing nothing to doing all that hard work, daily, can't not work, if you are watching your eating of course. It has to work, just remember that.

El mismo tiempo que no contamos haciendo descontrol lo podemos cambiar sin contar por una vida sana. Con la diferencia de que el placer que nos da comer o hacer nada es de un momento y después nos enfadamos, y cuando hacemos las cosas bien nos cuesta pero nos hace sentir felices todo el tiempo. Persisti, no te obsesiones con las medidas , el peso o el tiempo... Hace que se haga una rutina. ¡Mucha suerte!

WOW if that is honestly 90 days, I am really proud of this girl. The first step is the hardest, but man once you get rolling and motivated, you won't stop. The tables have definitely turned and whoever shamed her is regretting it.
