I asked them to record my assessment. They tried to wiggle out of doing it, and they said I should do it, but I insisted. I was awarded.

Oh they know how to manipulate. They are schooled in it. That's how they meat their targets, remove any allowance from those most in need, and get their tax payer bonus to do it.
These people are morally bankrupt.
The whole system is corrupt and boring it truly is, what's even more amusing is the amount of people who subscribe to this channel and then UNSUBSCRIBE when we do a go live because they dont like us what we say, people never learn the more they do this the more it pushes the content out.

Until people are forced into this situation of, lets call it ill health, for want of a better term, They will never know what it's like. But, as we live in the alright Jack country that we now do, and have done for the last 40+ years, things will never change. And, those who make, hold up and push this system for their tax payer mass profits know this. People are happy to be blinded by the msm, until one day it's too late and there is no support there what so ever. But then again, it's never their fault?
I've tried to watch a couple of videos like this from a few people and I can't watch them through as they make my blood boil. A friend who is a police detective said that they are using methods that the Police use in interrogations. The biggest issue with PIP is for people who do not have a everyday disability and when your on your own and have nobody to help you have to do things like cook or starve
Yeh 100% the techniques used are disgusting and totally shocking but yet they somehow managed to let a Bulgarian crime gang claim 53 million in benefits and we're the scroungers?!?

So what is the solution to these questions, just don't answer or what? I kind of intuitively understood them to be a way for them to weasel out of giving you the award. I can't even remember how my last assessment how it went. It's not even like it matters if you tell them oh yeah I can barely manage to use half the things in my house, they'll just write their rubbish "can comfortably and effortlessly prepare Michelin Star quality meals along with 5 star housekeeping." It's ridiculous.
It is a good point, your bit about the 5 star food got me thinking for a second I'm coming to your house 😂 but no in all seriousness I understand and I take it onboard what you've said. It's a tricky one in its own right especially when they still write down what they want when they want.

I am not very good right now either I've been struck down with the dreaded sciatica and combined with my mental health I've not been feeling great. My mum has her reassessment in 2 weeks & it's been almost 1 & a half since we completed the form. She's incredibly worried about it even tho her condition has worsened since then, she made the mistake of not taking a copy of her completed form.

what if you have no legs or no arms or only one arm ,but your brain functions ok ,will they stop your pip for that , my disability is in my body not in my head , as i have a severe disability that has no known cure and its in my body not my head ,i have ostioarthritis in all my joints in my body and it exceptionaly painful and restricks my mobility ,i also have cronic astma and can not move about without loseing my breath .

I was asked a stupid question on pip assessment a few yrs ago, and the question was what would happen in walking from your house to the bus stop I have meneries disease and heart failure and arthritis in both hips
Thats crazy, if it was them asking me that question id of responded with something stupid just to wind them up, something like " id of popped into the pup, fingered marie by the bikesheds and done a duet with frank sinatra" if they didn't beleive i was mentally impaired they do now! lol

Hey bud , i sent you guys a message saying i had a phone assessment and it seemed to go really well , and you said thats good but be weary of the..... well this morning i got txt saying ..WE HAVE DECIDED WE ARE AWARDING YOU PIP 😮.... EXPECT A LETTER IN 2 WEEKS .....wow complete surprise,... so i dont know how much or daily or enhanced yet . But question i have is
i understand its backdated...i applied on jan 25.
Awarded today ... does the backdated money include April's monthly money or is that separate for another day this month ? Sorry for asking .. complete newbie to all this claiming stuff... thanks for any reply and keep up the good fight ..
Hey firstly well done on being awarded ! It depends on the date of payment they will tell you in the letter as it could be April included or not, potentially not however as they normally include that next time, if you ring them again though you can get to an automated line and it tells you what your next payment is and when and then someone will answer eventually haha and you can ask them about the rates etc ') well done again ! It's not easy gaining this benefit.

Hello, I was supposed to have a telephone assessment today and because I said I was going to record the conversation the healthcare professional (lmao) has refused to go through with the assessment. They are saying I'm not allowed to record the assessment and they would give me a copy of the recording. Where do I stand on this issue?
They are LYING !! you have a legal right to record the conversation and assesment by any means required, this is dictated on their own website via the DWP and if you phone the helpline for pip or UC to tell them this then they have a record, they dont send the recordings they apparently make at all, loads of people have been stung with this lately. they refused you because they knew they had to lie to earn their extra bonus and didn't want that risking! they have breached their own contract by not allowing the assesment to go ahead based on an individual, ring them back and inform them of this and state you require another assesment as you have not failed to do it. and if they still refuse then they should use all avalible medical evidence to make a decision, put it this way it wouldn't stand up very well in court!

We do not live in America !! .. recording the call is your right and according to the laws of THIS land ... you are not legally obliged to inform them that you are recording it.... as long as you are making the recording in the interests protecting yourself from harm .... people violating your rights and telling lies about you is a form of harm that you are protecting against.
Yes you can record your assessment but with all the lies they spew out why would you tell them.Its a free country and free speech if it was me I wouldn't tell them.That way you can trap them 😮
They asked me that one about double Decker busses. I just told them the width of the houses I could walk past, which was less than 3 double Decker busses, so I was ok, and I can barely walk it these days.!
I think I'm going to measure a few double decker busses now just to prepare for future 😂

My mum has no choice but to walk to her closest shop on her own. And it Jack's her hips up. She told them, if she doesn't go, no food. She can't get delivery as she cant get the bags upstairs and most deliveries won't bring it up

I went through the whole PIP process, all the way to tribunal (non-attendance, was done via the paperwork) and got 0. My friend, who is less affected by his ailments than I am, used BENEFIT ANSWERS and 4-months after making his claim was awarded Enhanced PIP... utter crazyness, he was shocked when he got a bill from Benefit Answers for £900, which was 40% of his backdated amount.
Jesus ! £900!! For using someone else ? I'd of done it for £200! 😂 Kidding maybe ? But no I get that it's rubbish that when you do it yourself you score 0 but someone who is more able then scores highly, however the default answer then given is PIP is different for everyone else, there's a woman on tiktok who states she's a pip expert and honestly she boils my blood with half the rubbish she comes out with as it's all bloomin wrong!

A quick one for you the latest I have come across, I was due a UC call, I waited and waited to no avail. I gave it a few days and thought they would contact me, but didn’t so I left it a few days, thinking they were busy etc etc. Next thing is I get a sanction slapped on me for not answering my UC phone call that never arrived, so I left a message to my work coach to provide proof that he called twice so he said, so I asked for the phone records, he said he could see both calls on his PC... hmmmm not convinced. So just a heads up for your viewers. Take Care.
lies from them in a way to sanction you more, their software and systems are terrible, if he was a decent work coach he would have called off his own number on witheld, ive had this with my own and she was brilliant to be honest, she even said her system was rubbish so likes to call off her own mobile just withelds the number, granted it may mean the call never took place but if they are willing to try its something right? gotta be very careful with them they are trying to sanction anyone for anything these days.

I had a pip assessment the other day ....if it was in any other circumstances,it would have been classed as psychological abuse ,it was a horrendous experience and i think i have ptsd after it ......
Im suffering with long term medical conditions and brain traumas but she didnt care it was one of the most horrifying experiences of my adult life
Im sorry this happened to you, did you by any chance record any of it for evidence in relation to a complaint? i can only assume you was asessed by "Independant assesment services" Who are the forearm to the PIP claims now, run by ATOS or Capita, ATOS are usually the worst.... i would contact which ever company or dwp directly to raise a formal complaint, keep us updated, we are away shortly so will be slow to respond but would love to hear what happens.
Hi yes I recorded the interview on my camera but didn't mention to the capita employee,I said you have access to my medical records to which they replied I haven't seen your medical records,I only have the form ,I'm not the dwp which I thought wasn't correct as I trouble remembering specific information and it's all on my medical records if they need to make reference

Why are they asking those questions in the first place if they aren’t on the PIP form? How are they part of the assessment?
They are designed to "catch you out or trick you up" to what you've said in your assesment forms, it's a way to see if your faking in their terminology. It is wrong and shouldn't be allowed but to them that's how they stamp out fraud, it clearly doesn't work as people with genuine issues get treated the same.

But I don’t understand why they are allowed to do if those questions aren’t even part of the assessment, as in they are not in the pip assessment form. Do you think the applicant can answer something like “ that is not in the assessment form for my disability and I don’t see how this question is relevant to my assessment”??
@@Mrskess no I totally agree with you why is it relevant but unfortunately it's got it's dark side for the reason for asking, look at the people who refused to answer the question "have you ever tried to top yourself basically" not providing an answer the assessor told them they would fail! And surely enough they did. How can that be even legal is the question I'd like answered 😱🤔

I'm panicking woke up early and checked my online banking and my ESA hasn't been paid rang natwest and there's nothing pending from dwp had no warning my money was stopping got bills and rent going out today

It is yes, due to a backlog there doing them around a year earlier now.

How far is...in double decker bus lengths? My disability means I can't visualise or estimate things. Should I state that on every distance question as that's the truth!
Can you imagine randomly in the street someone with a tape measure just measuring a bus 🤣 sorry I shouldn't laugh at that but it's just laughable the question they use.

No at the doctor's, potentially chronic fatigue syndrome but awaiting more testing.
The question to ask, is how many times have you caught the mass disabling virus that increases its percentage chance of disabling you every time you get reinfected. The virus causes a form of chronic fatigue syndrome. Called long COVID. It has been destroying lives like mine ever since COVID existed, many months before the jabs even existed. I had long COVID from April 2020, I was on support groups online full of hundreds of thousands of other ignored victims all desperately trying to get the media to talk about it, and just like the post COVID heart attacks in young people that we had been screaming about long before the jabs existed, the media only showed major interest when the jobs came to exist, so they could blame the jabs, because they LIKE the possibility that jabs are harming people whereas the proven fact that COVID infections give young healthy people heart attacks weeks or months after mild infections, and the fact that COVID infections cause disability for months to years, possibly decades in some people we don't know yet, is NOT a possibility that the media likes. They thought people would not want to read something truly scary, like the virus does long term damage, whereas blaming the jabs is less scary because people can simply avoid the jabs. You can't easily avoid the virus unless you make big life adjustments so the media and government do everything to play down the effects of the virus.
@@compulsiverambler1352 I've had CFS decades 1997 I've had covid least twice it hasn't made it any worse perhaps though I've done alot with minerals on the flu side pain is my worst symptom but get checked for hypomobility heds genes for it.
