It's time people stopped attacking you and wised up, with automation and AI coming, a lot of people are going to become "scroungers", "cheats" and "lazy" themselves. If they can't take your videos of what they might have to put up with, very seriously, they are going to feel it like a punch in the face. And, of course, they are able bodied so will be under even more pressure. If they don't see it as a warning, good luck to them when they have to live on fresh air, sanctions and 40 hours a week job searching!

It really is important that people who think "it will never happen to me" got real and realised that it might and in many cases will. I didn't leave home on a beautiful summer day to go to work, expecting to be splattered across the road by a lorry coming the opposite way. It happened to me, I didn't think it would! The only thing I hope is that people who think it's fine to have a go at people on benefits, have the strength of their principles and not claim benefits themselves. Surely they don't want to have the labels they stick on us, attached to them, or a family member!

I was working full time 2yrs ago. Woke up not being able to walk without serious pain. Diagnosed with fibromyalgia November. You never know what could happen or when.

This “story” sounds to me like a “false flag” to justify snooping in claimants’ bank accounts.
Im a disabled person and I worked for the dwp over 15 years ago and it was paying out £1m per week on the winter fuel allowance in error it ran for 26 weeks so you don’t have to be a mathematician to work out how much it cost in my tenure with them, now if only 5 people can take £54m how many more have they not found.

As a disabled bloke, i stress out every single time the postman turns up in case it's the DWP sending a letter. They have put me through hell over the years, and i have had a brain bleed stroke and epilepsy now, and i still had to appeal one decision they made against me. The DWP will put out a statement saying lessons will be learned after this £54 million fraud, and that's the end of it, and then it's back to chasing people like me.
I understand the dread of getting that Brown envelope which is mostly the DWP. It's unfair people in general should feel this way over a system but they've truly broken it and took the pi** long enough now.

Literally, I have had no job centre appointments for 3 months now no phone calls, no journal messages. I'm still getting paid while working part-time, I did have hell before. Constantly asking me to do this and that. They are just a pack of bullies.
They are a pack of bullies, they was rude and horrific to us in a letter about a back payment and now we're attending tribunal in June! Despite them demanding it doesn't go ahead, there not going to like that are they! They never even acknowledged my complaint either. Useless.
Sorry about the long rant, but it needs to be said. The UK is in danger of becoming an autocratic dictatorship.

A decade to go from a warm, tolerant, friendly society to a hate and envy filled society of binary choices. Make your choice, dig your heels in and if people disagree with you, you are wrong so shut the fck up. Real debate and critical thinking have taken a long holiday. We used to be able to go to the pub, have a good old debate, it rarely got nasty and we would all be back the following evening to disagree about something else. None of this families breaking apart because of 2 recent events i can think of. Perhaps that's the problem, it's been a long time since we could afford to go to the pub for more than a few pleasantries, let alone have time for a discussion?
I've just filled out my review form a couple of weeks ago, due to my mental health I was really poorly, I received a call from pip on Tuesday who were great, they had sent my form straight to decision maker no assessment, I did sent in loads of evidence so she said they can make a decision based on that. Also said they would call me on Wednesday to let me know decision, received call and my award has increased. They really were great with me.
I have had the same experience, I know that we tend to look on DWP employees as complete psychos, but I have to say out of the dozen I have dealt with, only 2 seemed to be on a power trip and very nasty ******** too. My last assessment, the lady involved couldn't have been more engaging, she asked questions that made sense, was very respectful and was happy to listen to the answers I gave. I have found that, in general, it isn't the staff but the revolting regime they find themselves working under. I just wish everyone had my experience.

we that have paid thousands of pounds in tax and national insurense should not be targeted when we need help for our disability and old age , we pay in and are given very little but those who have paid nothing are given lots ,that does not make any common sense whatsoever.
Not disability related, but i got turned down on mandatory decision, they said appointment has to be within 40 mins, my mobile reception let me down. I did let them know straight away, and went upstairs for better reception, took call, but still got sanctioned, now having to appeal, they said in decision that a rule of 40 mins the appointment has to be in.. unreal, 145 quid down, on incoming money, even though im off onsick..
This is disgusting behaviour from the department of wickid people, they need to stop throwing these sanctions around like its bloody cake!
There's a lot of social engineering that goes into what the organised gang are doing.
Universal credit all in one system under the hood doesn't work government wants to save money doing this ended up costing tax payers more money plenty loopholes to be exploited bring back JSA, Housing Benefits,Tax credit all ran on different systems.

ive always been led to believe that the dwp are there to help the elderly and disabled not to victimize or criminalize them , i was sadly mistaken.
True, true and true. The department lie. They also cover up mistakes and continually quote the rules when put on the spot.
You will get disciplined if you notice things and highlight the department injustices, especially pointing out colleagues in more senior roles.

I know, because of my previous DWP job, people are able to dip under HMRC triggering an alert to UC as earnings under a certain value are not reported. As in not liable to tax and NI. Yes the systems talk to each other, but people are clever and report earnings that are not liable to be checked. You also have to remember a MASSIVE amount of fraud investigations are as a result of neighbours and friends reporting them. So when people do complain they are being investigated, they need to look closer to home, if your 'friends' are suspicious of your activities, then they will be looked at.

Its simple, employ more staff, turn up once a week with your passport to prove its you the claimant, as it used to be!.
If only it was that simple! Your assessment only covers able bodied people who could turn up. What about the Mentally, Physically disabled, who dont have cars & people to ferry them around, and are often so short of money that even if they were able to catch a bus they couldnt afford it without going without food! All these things have already happened & people have died! & then there’s the housebound people. Sad to say but not so simple my friend ❤

I’m with you Rich, it’s infuriating & shocking the way sick, disabled and elderly human beings are treated by the DWP, one day they will get old hopefully crippled, I’d love to be a fly on the wall when that happens & see how they cope especially if there’s No benefit system for them! What will they do with No income? Unfortunately I might not be around long enough to hear the sad news that DWP employees are sick & disabled and are starving to death 😨. Keep on going you guys, keep doing what you do for the unfortunate folk with no voice or disabilities.🙏🐶🤗

I have recently received a letter that I'm in rent rears no doubt I will now be evicted I'm ill and have been sanctioned because I'm not well in the jobcentre it's because I did not comply with them

Literally my whole neighbourhood can claim universal credit definitely not going to hit 54 million pounds surely they had a gang more than 5 a gang of 500 more like it. 😂

The DWP is run from the home office the judiciary also is run from the home office prisons etc so if you want the poor to get a fair deal then remove the DWP from home office management and create another branch of government to manage benefits!

Yes, they are mad. I'm supposed to be appealing, it's a tribunal court case. It doesn't finish until July, But my local job centre has said I'm deemed fit for work. So I'm now looking for work. They've shown they will go above a court if they wish
Whatever Dwp work coach or advisors say do the complete opposite move to universal credit wait for letter apply for this job no thanks i do my own always works wonders you really don't want these people controlling your lives. Work advisor says look for full time do part time always to benefit them not you. 90% im right doing full time they get paid....
the way that disabled people are targeted reminds me of the T4 program from WWII era, it's like they never stopped that program, it's still going on in the background...they're an easy target, people need to stand up gainst this treatment, whilst politicians seem to get away with claiming expenses in top of their £80k salary!

my oldest daughter is my career, she was getting careers for me but because she is going to uni they said she is not entitled to it anymore, she only has 9 hours of lectures a week but because it is classed as 'full time' by the uni the careers allowance said she cant claim it even tho my daughter is still caring for me :( xxx

Great video as usual,on a side note went for my DWP assessment today ,after signing in etc waiting till past my appointment time was then told that there was no doctor on site (apparently something on my form warrants a doctor's questions)so after all the anxiety and no sleep etc have to be rearranged for a time when there's a doc available,has anyone else had this ? Not sure if there's a reason apart from the being no doc? Again great channel,have a good break, best wishes

And Dyslexia dyspraxia.and lose my balance when I walk and when u see me u think there is nuthing wrong with me but I have my good days and bad.but now Mr big ears is saying that we r ok good enough to work.my husbernd works and when he gos to work he is scared to live me a lone.but what to do coz liveing with all the things to pay for is rising.and Mr big ears think mental illness is something is to say suck it up go back to work.more people r going to unalive them self.

I'm disabled and old. I have to buy my own equipment. Ie walking aids and my own walker. I have had £50 a week cut and more to come! I have paid into the scheme since the long hot summer of 1976 when I left school. I started as an apprentice electrician and now I can't even change a lightbulb!!!!
It was you that mentioned you had a tia right? I was told I was having a tia I was having loads of symptoms I cant find related to a tia I was going dizzy having headaches ect I was ok a week or 2 after a corse of asprin can I ask if you took the you know what jab and do you think its related?
Only had 1st one as we needed it to enter a country but never went in the end, Injection made us poorly so we never bothered with the 2nd one.... Possibly not related as I have a lot of high stress/mental health related problems as well which has now possibly led to chronic fatigue syndrome.
WCA some have DIED no actions for this from Police, courts, etc

You sign a " disclaimer" as such when you get any benefit it basically says if we dwp over pay you its your fault regardless and ypu pay it back also the hmrc will make up a debt owed to them from years ago so it gets deducted from uc anyone claiming it please check that amd challenge it
I'm disabled and also a career to my wife. I stopped claiming Caeers Allowance because they too over £300 pound off me out of my UC.
As someone with a later in life diagnosis of autism at age 53 now, where post diagnostic adult autism assessments to determine level of autism and relevant/appropriate supports required, are not a legal entitlement nor requirement, I still have no idea what my support needs are and even if going private, adult autism support is very few and far between, where referral to private still needs to be handled by a GP on the NHS, if you are lucky enough to be granted a GP appointment, only for 15 mins and only for one issue at a time - these gaps in support can only be filled by religious organisations given the failure of “care in the community”
How can i stop council from taking money out of my UC?
Hi thanks for your comments, unfortunetly we cannot provide assistance with UC and council removing money from your UC this isn't an area we are 100% in and would not want to cause confusion or misrepresentation.
I know several people on the sick and they've ALL made at least one whiplash claim. Yeah funny that.
I'm a UK citizen I have got ADHD severe I've also got DvT and not to mention and not to mention I've got severe skin disease and here the are trying to put me back into work when I have got an illness I cannot read and write I talk to my phone when I'm sending texts do you know how difficult it is for me to fill out forms and communicate if they stop my benefits. And if I do lose my benefits discomfort of this country needs to get the f*** out of this country and put a new government in this country because this government is f****** this country up big time not to mention giving people the scare of their life what they're trying to do put people in their f****** grave or carry on people because I tell you what paybacks are a b****
We are experiencing the same from uc so called overpayment, money taken from us, not paying full rent to the point where we are under threat of eviction, money taken for council tax from our uc,point is we are three people on disability, I’m a pensioner,my daughter is disabled with multiple disabilities, and is on home dialysis,so if eviction happens we are stuffed,and uc just do not want to know
There doing this often to people, they did it to me when I was working last year ! It took them 12 months to realise I got paid twice in one month so because of this I suddenly owed £339?! Not my fault their systems can't keep up or give accurate information isn't it. Useless system.
