moving to St A in a few months got so much to learn
I love your comment you made, these are my oysters. I’m going to cook them how I want to.
The baby crab is good luck, and the dexter with the bent tip is the best knife!

Jealous Minnesotan here that loves seafood. I'm salivating thinking about oysters !
Hell yeah, love the video! And thanks for the shoutout on closed areas/seasons/just keeping enough for dinner, too many people in this gd state these days for people to just be loading up buckets willy nilly
Love your videos. Reminds me of eastern shore of VA living, where i spent alot of time
Thank you!

Well iam 5 months late for supper!!! Dang yall making me hungry. I like mine salty with dash hot sauce and a squeeze of lime. But yours look real good..and tasty..ty for inviting us.
😂🤣😂
7:13 yup, 100%, thats why oyster farms ship them like that for the restaurant to clean them.
Hey over here from blugabes channel (Gabriel Arrington) watched ya there great stuff looking at other videos good luck 👍🏼🤞🏼
What a beauty! Really enjoyed watching!
Excellent video. Please do more on oysters and educate us on good and bad oysters. What to watch out for. The last two times I ate at an oyster bar, I got sick! Why? Keep up the GREAT WORK!!
Les
So eating raw oyster in a restaurant is risky because you just don’t know what that oyster has been though before eating it. Picking them myself like this and eating super fresh they are pretty always all good.
Lol if it lights on fire 🔥 good video bro
Great video. Went and tried this for the first time after watching your video and they came out great.
Those looked really good.
Great video! Thanks for sharing.
Love the videos man keep them coming.

Loved the video. And I watched your Mud Chicken vid. I live on the Eastern Shore of VA on the water. I have oysters in my marsh. Up here we call Mud Chickens Marsh Hens.
I absolutely can’t do raw oysters , but I would actually try this . Looks really good
Great job man, that brings back memories of getting oysters with my dad and his buddies when I was young. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
Thank you!
I lived in satsuma fla in the seventys and we hardly ever bought food ,we lived off the land and sea intercoastal waters, that's why I love your videos
Thank you that means so much! I wish I could go back and see Satsuma then!!!
What an amazing dish. I'm sure mine won't be that good but I'm gonna hit on some that's pretty close to that. If a man eats at least 8 of these at 1 setting, his his wife will love him that night. Keep up the amazing work. I know that making these videos Is not an easy thing to do. Stay safe and God-bless you always
Man loving your videos!
Thank you!
Oh yessss. I wish I lived on the coast. Well, that is until I hear about the destruction yall go through when a storm barrels through. 😞

And those look delicious
Thank you!
Great video! Loved your recipe.
Thanks so much!
@@TugTrashOutdoors , your trips are fun and recipes reasonable and make sense. Your wife and daughter are cute and lovable. Would be interested in hearing about your tug boat duties and experiences. Keep up the good work.
The oysters look amazing, got to be good! When you harvest any food, that you work for always taste better1 Trust me on that!
Ian, watched you video with Blue Gabe roasting oysters on the oyster bed. Thought I would give you a follow. Thumbs up # 713 from NC
Good call telling people to wash/ powerwash them. When people say they get "sick" from oysters is due to outside the shell stuff, not inside.
Great video. I do prefer mine raw but also love them like this.
I think you should invest in racks to put on bbq with each plate at once to put on and off. Keep them coming.
Moved to Jacksonville a few years ago, from Chicago, and I’ve become a big fisherman. Really enjoy your content. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos.
Awesome! Thank you!
looking for local fish guides, any idea?

Thanks for the Sub!
I'm in Ocala I'm Gunna have to get on your level for sure bud
If your raw oysters aren't salty enough, get a bucket of water from the inlet and let them sit in there for a half hour. Great stuff. Your videos are great.
Great idea
Love it!
Awesomeness of oyster goodness
Yes sir
Hey there, Tug! I just discovered your channel and I'm loving your videos! 👍👍
I fish on the west coast in the big bend/nature coast area of FL, so I'm playing in the same kind of water as you. I just picked a few oysters the other day and I'm definitely going to try this recipe of yours tomorrow. I usually fry them, or just eat em raw, but I've got to try this! Thanks for the tip!
I love them raw and fried!
Mr. TugBoat, what would be your recommendations on a pair of boots to walk the shoreline, the harvest oysters and would you wanna be closer to the ocean or further up River?
I’m in the Charleston South Carolina area and I do not have a boat but I love oysters
Any old rubber boot will do. I like one that’s pretty tall in case ya get in deeper water
Phenomenal video so education and so delicious
Glad you enjoyed it
I love to fish. I have my own fishing cart and I drag it to the Jetty and catch whatever is biting. I would love to try oysters. Not fond of them raw but those charbroiled ones look tasty! ❤😎
Freaking awesome. Sorry I missed your last video.
No problem ! Thanks for watching
Looks good in my area SW FL we add a lil spinach & Lemon Rockefeller 🇺🇸🎉🇺🇸
Salivating!
Im a new sub and loving your content
Welcome aboard! Thanks for the sub!
Oh yea Man! Great Video!
🙌🏽
Very cool I agree with you getting your own meat, sea food it more satisfying then buying it.
Totally agree!
Haha being a Floridian is such a flex. Love it here 😍😭
It really is!
Yum Yum your the Boss ...
I enjoy your videos.. and I also get to unload the Baltimore up there in Jacksonville..she runs to Puerto Rico every 17 days
Is that a ship? I used to do that run for trailer bridge

Glad you enjoyed it
A great life you have
Thank you!
Can’t wait to nothin like harvesting your supper can’t wait to get back home to the sunshine state
Yes sir
Love it
The best!
I live on the west coast and we open are oysters from the front it seems crazy to open from the back but it seems to work on your oysters over there great video bud
Interesting!
Just want to say, your videos have been so descriptive and enjoyable. My wife and I went to Salt Run for the first time last weekend and got 2 doz oysters for dinner
Great size to them and have an amazing salty taste. Thanks for your helpful vids to help me enjoy our local resources!
That’s awesome man! Hopefully I see ya out there
Flo dude👍🏼Gettin out on the yak,in the guana and gettin some
🤙🏽
Put the raws on an upside down stainless wire cookie cooling rack.
That way, you can set the whole rack of oysters in the cooker at one time.
= less spillage and quicker.
I’m the 701 subscriber
they look good
Thanks
Right on man! Love oysters. I would be curious to known how they are in Florida compared to west coast. Noticed your wife mentioned tillamook cheese 👍
I would too!
Nice Boston Terrier!
The best!
Only way to do it. Harvest ur own and throw them on the grill. Something about doing it yourself makes it taste that much better.
You’re the man! Great video, we live in pinellas I’m going to check to see where our beds are for harvesting. How would you compare these to blue points?
Saltier
Wow 👍🏻
I found you because of Bluegabe. He said yu were a tug boat captain. Is there any chance you could do a video about life on a tug boat? A lot of people would find that interesting, I know I would.
Working on it now
subbed
My husband and I watch you all the time! I totally wish I could do this but unfortunately with four kiddos a boat is not in the book right now. Can this be done w/o a boat?
Probably if ya find the right spot
Without a doubt, catch, clean and cook your own food
Yes sir
Is that Kendalls seasoning? oyster looks amazing. thanks bro
Kfred!
👍
