    Look, just build the furniture to whatever height you want it . Nobody stopping you. I don't understand comments like that.

    I truly love this outdoor furniture. I ordered your plan and will be building it soon.
    I watched other people on youtube on how they designed and built their outdoor furnitures but this one you built is comfortable to sit on, nicely designed and should last for a long, long time.
    Thank you for building professional looking projects.

    Great design, I'm going to build these with one modification...I like a wider armrest, to set a drink on, I'm simply going to construct the legs with the 2x4's the other way. I think the seat boxes will still be able to attach fine.

    • @JEMCC
      @JEMCC 8 месяцев назад +1

      That's so funny you said that. I used 4x4' cedar for the side legs only and although the chairs are beefier, the look is amazing, and you can set your drink on it ...I skipped the couch and just made six chairs .... I don't think people like sitting next to someone on a couch which is why I only made the chairs.

    This is wonderful, and you're right about how expensive patio furniture is and we found nothing we even liked when shopping for it. I have the tools to build my own so I'm going to buy your plan and build your chairs. Nice job. My only question is, are they comfortable? What's the angle on the lean back and is the arm rest the right height? They seem a little too tall but I'm not sure.

    You should sell this as a pre built kit and people can assemble it

    • @CarlYota
      @CarlYota 8 месяцев назад

      That would end up being way more expensive than anyone who wants it would be willing to pay. It's still a hand made artisan set that would have to cost thousands to be worth it, except people will think it's IKEA and want to pay $100 for it because, after all, they had to assemble it.
