para if you forgot your restriction pw there is a link called inoparentcontrol and it would take that off of the phone and btw you will have to search it up on safari and press the website link to successfully download it and all you have to do is go to settings and press profile downloaded
para and if safari is blocked because of the restriction try restarting it and make sure you be quick and head towards the app and press the link before your time limit is reached
FOR FUCK SAKE I tried to update from 9.3.2 to .3.3 even tho they offered me .3.5 so somth got fucked and I had this shit on my screen for 8 hours! I got it at 1am now its 9am and I tried fucking everything and reset and everythin and this fucking helped finally thank fucking Jesus Christ and you!

Thats correct, it only resets the phone. And you can use iTunes to get all your data back.
