    I definitely like the Fender Marcus Miller sound the best, but sire is nice.

    Both sound great, even though I thought the Fender sounded better, it was more expressive ! 😊

      Yeah changing the pre might be a good upgrade, how is it compared to the ori pre?

      @@RamaNatan Hi Rama, the TCT has more extended highs and lows. Sounds phat in the mix and the MM tone is easily dialled in. 🙏

    I think that I like the Fender slap sound more. But I'd probably get a Sire for the overall benefit-cost.

    It’s all about preference. The Fender is more mid heavy, which some people prefer. The Sire preamp is killer and can get the Fender mid presence when dialed in. That being said, I love my Sires, but will probably never sell my Fenders.

    The Fender sounds much more like Marcus. More punch clarity and definition.

      when you say Japan, I agree they're the 4 string version as 1st to 4th string sound so nice, but the low B on this one is beaten up by the V10

    Unfair comparison. The fender came first. More punch. The m2 is closer to that sound the the v10. Imo

      @@Hooniiii I’m gonna say any fender that is 1k and over something about the sound and feel that I think imo is better. I haven’t felt any of the more expensive sire but the $600 rang and under imo I don’t get the hype you can get more better for that price

      @@Lord_Hiram even though i love my fender basses, the sire Marcus Miller v7 second gen plays really good for that price point.
