The price of a new A45s, I am 1000% more willing to pay 60k on a 350 than pay that in a A45.
The engine in that car is just a work of art.
The sound is so cool.
I am considering one when I move to Italy soon actually.
Italy has some really poor roads, hope the ride wont be too harsh.

You'd pay 1'368€ for the "bollo" tax (every car pays an amount based on total HP) + another 4'040€ for the "superbollo" tax which is the tax to be paid for cars over 185kW. Already 5'408€ a year, plus petrol is expensive and insurance on a 5.2L isn't gonna be the cheapest either
I love it when American cars get praise like this.
Most American cars like the vette, Challenger, Stang are very rare in the U.K because they are too fast, expensive to export of the U.S., it doesn't make sense to drive in London because the roads are too small for wide cars like them
@@mareo187 it’s not that they’re too fast, they’re just not very good. A euro car is miles better in terms of build quality, cornering, and even straight like speed

@@dewicollins6265 American cars have changed quite a lot since the 90’s. You will not find a European car with the same performance as a mustang at the price range, you just won’t. And yes, the interior is nothing to write home about, but it’s not bad by any means.

Love everything about this car. This Shelby is not the fastest car I owned, and it’s not the most techy car I owned, but this car makes me feel as one with the car, whereas other high tech cars made me feel as bystander/passenger. I owned ton of BMW M cars to include M5 CS and F80 M3 manual, owned MB’s and PorschesI, and I also driven driven Italian exotics, but in my opinion, GT350 tops all of them when it comes to driving enjoyment. What I learned from my car history is that manual cars with raw power is where it’s at. Chasing latest and greatest can lead to expensive disappointments. For me it’s always going to be analog from now on.

F***ing Awesome!!! Just awesome. You don't have to have the most tech, be the most refined, the quickest or fastest, even though it's up there. More importantly, it's the fun factor and smiles it gives you. Period!
You’re so right jolly! I ordered my new Mustang GT 5.0L V8 and in 4 years I’m still smiling every time I hit the power button and in all that time apart from yearly service, I’ve just had to buy a new battery, and I don’t drive it like Miss daisy!!

Does this have a different exhaust system on it because it's in the UK? I didn't hear any pops or crackles. The GT350 is the most fun car I have driven under $100,000 USD hands down. I'm getting one soon.

The fact that Ford just announced they are ending production of the GT350 means The Best Mustang Ever Made According To Me will become even more special (and expensive)

well done video. the excitement behind the wheel of this thing is legitimate. i daily it right now, its the most enjoyable car i have ever driven.
Spending $200 USD to remove the stock resonators (the R has no resonators) makes it sound twice as amazing. You don't really realize it until the resonators are gone, but the sound in this video is actually quite a bit muffled from how it wants to sound 👍 Best mod I've done to date.
I don't think you open the exhaust valve for louder sound

Don´t get mad at me, please, but: The GT350 has a 180 degree cropped crank, so it is not the classic V8 burble. If you want that, get a Bullitt, with the 90 degree carank, the Vodoo airfilter, throttle body and intake manifold plus the valve exhaust system of the GT cars. Also known as the stage 1 tuning kit from Ford Motorsport. Apart from that: Great video as usual and entertaining motoring. Cheers!

What a car that is. I once drove a convertible Mustang in the mid-nineties in Florida, and was so disappointed with it. Had it been this car, today, I would be like the Cheshire cat. Shame about the music Paul, but at least it is only quietly playing backround music.

The worst things about a LHD car in the UK: barriers/ticket machines/drive-thrus, overtaking on B-roads when you don't have a passenger (hard to see the opportunities to pass).
Blimey thought you were driving my car for a second there but mine had white stripes over the top lol. Had no stripes for a few months and that’s also the same price I paid, had a heart attack 😂

I have a 2029 GT350 in the US. It is my daily spring through fall. Nor reason It needs to be a weekend car!
UK roads and parking spaces are narrow, and remember the steering wheel is on the wong side for the UK. Most people would conider dailying a car this size in the UK rather challenging. In LHD significantly more so. So, realistically, in the UK, for most people it would be a weekend car. Of course, you could still daily it, but it might make you hate it.

I recently watched a vid where a UK chap has one with 900hp...now that's a weapon...!!
The Gt350r is even better!! Because it doesn’t have resonators, it sounds even better. It also looks better than the regular gt350, and many other differences. The 2020 gt500 is obviously faster tho. Drive a new gt500, you will see how it might be better in some ways..it’s a supercar mustang. The price of a used 350r in the US is the same price of this car. And yes, you can daily one. I prefer the 350R, it’s my dream car
Ed B gt350r:Weight difference, carbon wheels and wing, no resonators, no rear seats, red gt350 badges, red stripe on steering wheel, .4 seconds faster 0-60, wider tires, lower, more downforce obviously, that’s pretty much it.
Ed B Everything I’ve said is true. If you ever driven both of them you know there’s differences. There’s a reason why most people get the R instead of the regular 350. And you can get the R for about the same price as the 350. I would never get a 350, always keeping with the R
Ed B Where I’m around I only see R’s. But yeah main difference are the wheels but for what your paying(around 60k for a used one) it’s worth it because a set is around 15kusd.
