Yep. Plus it's a +10 year car platform. That's why I like mustangs. They've come along way in since 2015 and the higher trim , Shelby GT350/500, Mach 1, dark horse definitely look different from the eco boost/GT.
Mine was stickered at $51k got it for $40k. That was before Covid though. Dealers have fed well and will never go back. Phuckers. It was 2020 charger 392 dynamic package. Even got the heated side view mirrors. It’s worth more now than when I got it! Under 30k miles. Who knew it would turn into this😢

You know with $100k cars that really haven’t changed much in 15-18 years, plain interiors and nearly 8% interest, throw in shady dealers trying to rip you off for an extra $50, 75 or 100k plus it’s no wonder. Don’t get me wrong, I love my Scat, but I bought it new in 2021 for $43k out the door AND the dealer installed Mopar Katskin leather interior.

I just bought a Triple Nickel Challenger Scat Pack, Dynamics Package, Plus Package, Brass Monkey Wheels, Sunroof, loaded, for a couple thousand under MSRP. Have to look around for these deals
Prices now are ridiculous. I bought a new Charger Scat in Nov 2020. MSRP was $46,575 (Plus Group, HK audio, Drivers package). Got 1% below invoice plus the power dollars rebate. With money down, i ended up financing $39,000. In March of 2022, I sold the car with 25,000 miles on it for $49, 975. I owed just under $29,000.
They're going to have to offer Power Dollars on Scat Packs and Hellcats. The only thing I can figure is they're hoping to get people on the lots with the incentives on the lower trims and then upselling them on Scat Packs and Hellcats. It might work on a handful of people who are intoxicated by the sound and the power, but there are still too many of them out there. They are not a good value at anything close to MSRP. For a narrow-body Scat Pack, I think $10,000 below MSRP is where I'd consider it.

Higher prices are here to stay and not just autos. Houses, groceries, etc. get use to it. If he has the money to pay then he has the money to play. Good for him.

I remember i couldve walked out with an rt charger for about 33-34k out the door back in the end of 2020 early 2021. cloth interior, gets basically outsped by top of the line camry/accords, crap tier mpg(which you dont buy these cars for that but still), all for over 50k plus tax, aint no way. the draw to these dodge vehicles was, they looked good with solid performance while having an affordable price tag, now theyre trying to compete with the price of cars that are better in just about every way mechanically and features wise, and until they stop trying to compete with those kinds of cars(ie lower the price), theyre going to continue to struggle with moving cars.
