I think my husband fell in love with me because I was carefree. I wasn't looking for a relationship. We just had a lot of fun getting to know each other. And we fell in love. For a lifetime.
I like watching your videos because I've been married for almost 35 years and I want to make sure I'm still easy to love and enjoyable for my husband to live with. We have a very good marriage and three fantastic grown kids, but you can't stop working on it and learning. When I was a young person dating, one of the things guys liked about me (you asked in the video about this) was that I have always had a "no drama" rule. I had too many female friends who were emotional rollercoasters and really difficult to be around if they were in a mood or having a bad day. If their day was bad, everyone's day was bad--or worse. I really didn't want to ever be that way or force others to deal with that. I cultivated an easy-going and friendly attitude, one that made the guys unafraid and comfortable with me. I still practice this with my husband. I guess it comes down to not being selfish and remembering to think about how he feels on a daily basis. I still have female friends, even at this age, who focus so much of themselves and their feelings that they make their husbands, boyfriends, kids, friends, and everyone else around them miserable. Big, big turnoff.
@@strawberrygirl8572 thank you for writing this. It is very helpful. I notice my mom is this way with my dad. And they are very happy even after 40yrs of marriage. My mom is just a happy go lucky lady :)
You are praising yourself in this whole passage while raising yourself above the others, the lesser worth ones, the drama queens, as you call them. Honestly, you sound anything but like the person you describe here but instead this whole passage about how cool you are and how great your life turned out (compared to all the other losers) speaks so much more. Thank you for giving us this insight. People around you are truly blessed to have you!
You've just made a huge difference in my life. I've been dating someone for a while, and I've been really insecure in the relationship because of something that happened a month ago. I've been lost in a lot of these kinds of videos and going through the lists going, "Check, check, check, so why do my relationships not work." But when you explained "power," it blew my mind when you said that if I have self respect and put boundaries, I'll push away those who don't want to respect them and instead find people who are LOOKING for someone to respect themselves - which is the kind of person I've always wanted to be. I do put up with too much in relationships, even when it breaks my heart, for the sake of being loved due to low self-esteem and little value in myself; and while I've been realizing this and working on it, the way you just explained it really put it in perspective for me and gave me a lot of hope. Thank you so much.
Great video. I've been practicing the same things, which have led me to walking away from some relationships. Did it hurt to walk away? YES, it hurt like hell. It took me months to get over some of these guys, but I was determined to have the quality relationship I know I deserve. I have recently started dating a new guy, and the more I stand my ground, assert boundaries, and communicate my expectations, it's the stronger he comes on. Believe me, it's an amazing feeling. Now, I'm getting the kind of relationship I desire, one that is based on love and mutual respect. The process will be difficult; take it from me, but the reward is well worth the effort Recently, he referred to me as a high value woman. There's no way in hell I would have attracted this guy, had I not be willing to let go of low value men. It's his perception of me being a high value woman that attracted him to me.
I had a wonderful love in 2020, he lived in another country, we used to do zoom calls and later he would text me that he was tracing my face the entire time with the mouse 🥰
He loves my smile, but he said one of the most attractive things about me is that I have no idea how beautiful i really am. I thought that was kind and interesting.
Thank you Brian for your confirmation of being vulnerable. One of my ex boyfriends told me that I shouldn’t share my vulnerability at the beginning of a relationship. However, I realized that if I am open, my partner opens himself more.

Definitely what I think that make men drawn to me is that I am very gentle, soft spoken and fairly feminine. I'm also very short. I have been through weight fluctuations and even while I was fat, skinny, men were drawn to me because I listened to them, spoke to them like a human being and with a gentle touch. Men want to feel mattered as you said. And its surprising how simple a touch on the arm, pat on the back, etc can be or just speaking to them and listening to what they are saying really makes them feel noticed. I think men have a lot to deal with, and especially men who are doing very hard, manual labor jobs, if you are a bit motherly to them I think it makes them feel comfortable. Might remind them of childhood when their mom cared for them. I think most of us as adults really lack that feeling that we matter and deserve to be cared for. Which, as women, is something we(normally) excel at, taking care of others. So I think it goes full circle. Men become more protective of you if you show you care for them. It's almost like they don't even realize it themselves!
Every guys who are attracted to me are those I m not interested in… perhaps my small social circle, I, too, have never met a guy that I m attracted to … not sure if I m being extremely picky, or I m just not into having a relationship
It happened to me too. I first met a guy whom I really liked at 23. He liked me back but then ghosted lol. So now I’m struggling again cause I don’t like anybody 😢
I am having a relationship (actually just got proposed to) in not my first language and my partner (fiancée) loves that I have a weird accent and make grammatical errors in Spanish (he speaks no English). He also finds it fascinating that I have a high physical energy and pain tolerance… that sounds weird but I am referring to the fact we are both surfers and I stay out there way longer than most and can get injured and it not really bother me (I got smacked in the face when someone collided with me and didn’t notice that my eye had turned into a swollen egg and all black til I got out of the water an hour later… dunno why but he seems to think I’m tough and he likes that…
I was totally the playful type and my ex husband loved that about me but when we got married he told me "It was cute in the beginning but now I want you to grow up" whatever that means.
Ive just started dating a fellow, we talked on line for a month with no naughty talk, then dated for 3 months with no naughtiness and believe it or not its one of the main reasons he came back for a second date in the first place. The reason he says was because if I didnt do that with him that means I didnt do that with anyone. Hes had women send rude photos to him and do all the sexual talk and hes not interested in dating them. He also likes my smile :) So we are 8 months in hes the first guy I actually went out on a date with after talking to gosh so many men on plenty of fish so I think I picked well! He was also the only guy i initiated contact with and that was because he had kind eyes and truly he is a kind person.
i dont wear makeup at all and i feel this is the real me i have nothing to hide sad thing is men seem to look at the all made up women but a real man looks deeper then that he dont need a trophy on his arm to make him look good i see it so much and i know people who are like that thank you for this post good stuff

I have been told by men ( and my women friends too ) that because I am confident in my larger body that is attractive and to the women inspiring because most women no matter what their size are NOT confident!
I would like to thank you for your videos. Love your humour in them and the way you help us find a lighter and brighter, more understable to ourselves, path through sometimes difficult matters. I live in Antwerp, Belgium:)..... so can pronounce your name, Geert. All the best.
Thank you Brian for your video. Yes I agree a man can be attractive to a woman without makeup. Years ago I was studying for a college exam at my home. I was wearing a tshirt and shorts. I had my hair in a ponytail. I had no makeup. My Mom was waiting on a furniture delivery. There was a knock at the door. I open the door. There was a young man smiling at me. He explained he was the delivery man. Then my Mom appeared and took over the conversation. I went back to my books. A while later the delivery man made it a point to say goodbye to me while he was smiling. I thought it was odd. I said goodbye to him. After he left, my mother told me that the delivery man asked questions about me. When my Mom said I had a boyfriend, he was disappointed because he found me attractive. It was a surprise to me. It does happen. Men can find a woman attractive without makeup.
Strange but true 🥰 Brian 🥰 there are these men who love it when women get dolled up all the time 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 and these are in my experience crazy controlling men 🙃
We in Australia have to wear face masks 😷 every day, making it super hard to smile at anyone, I love to smile and this is awful not being able to smile freely
A real smile, otherwise known as a Duquesne smile, involves about 21 muscles in your face. It goes all the way to your eyes and forehead. Don’t stop being smiley! Mask or not, we can tell!
Lol i feel the same, i wear my mask all the time now, i dont take it off until i go home or eat somewhere. But alot of people always said i have a nice smile and i love to smile. But now with the masks i feel insecure of my smile. Just because i havent showed it in a long time 😭
Hi Brian I have thoroughly appreciated your honest and thoughtful advice in your videos. Could you please make a video on relationships with older men and younger women (or relationships with a large age difference)?
What attracts men to me is also what inevitably repels them after a while.. Knowing my own mind and being unafraid to stand by my convictions, even if it means I’m standing alone. Men love that about me until they, or someone they know, are on the receiving end. Then they want me to make allowances or excuses.
I think this quality is important so you're not taken advantage of, but you also have to use it carefully and in a balanced way. Coming on too strong repels everyone, not just men. But, maybe thinking of this quality as your "super power" and being committed to use it for good and never turn it on someone who doesn't really deserve it would be a good rule to follow. The ability to be yielding and flexible is so important in any relationship.
@@joselphmandeman9453 no thanks. I'm happy the way I am. But I love studing mass behaivour, social psycology, relationships... humans are very interesting. The videos in this channel seems to be more sensible and realistic. No games, no magic formula.
I'm PLAYFUL, SILLY and nerdy. Unfortunately, my physical aspects attract men who hope I'm stupid and slutty. What can I do about that...and yes, I do try to dress modestly.
When i listen to Brian , i always see how ' arrange marriage' system in my country/ culture short circuits all the dating advice. Its short and practical. Youth , beuty for women and riches for men and his family. Its really difficult to gauge the interest, quality of men. Almost all type of men get married in arranged marriage system except for very poor/ very obnoxious. It works the same way for women too.
Ok recently he said he is comfortable with me. Then on the second day , he said that he attract to me ... And said I m very attractive to him. Then our conversation is starting up and he said he is interested in me. I m a shaman witch , which I help human to guide them through chakra and also make them back into the right path. But after what he said out as he have wife .. but I don sense that.. Yet he told me he got lots of women as a part of friendship.. but I reply him is not my business whether he got or not. I m just guiding him . I had interested in him but when he said he got wife .. I will not step in.

Priceless advice/information
Every guys who are attracted to me are those I m not interested in… perhaps my small social circle, I, too, have never met a guy that I m attracted to … not sure if I m being extremely picky, or I m just not into having a relationship
It happened to me too. I first met a guy whom I really liked at 23. He liked me back but then ghosted lol. So now I’m struggling again cause I don’t like anybody 😢
I am having a relationship (actually just got proposed to) in not my first language and my partner (fiancée) loves that I have a weird accent and make grammatical errors in Spanish (he speaks no English). He also finds it fascinating that I have a high physical energy and pain tolerance… that sounds weird but I am referring to the fact we are both surfers and I stay out there way longer than most and can get injured and it not really bother me (I got smacked in the face when someone collided with me and didn’t notice that my eye had turned into a swollen egg and all black til I got out of the water an hour later… dunno why but he seems to think I’m tough and he likes that…
Oh and it seems to be that he finds the fact that I have a face a bit like a rabbit endearing hahahha god that sounds really unattractive hahahahaha
I was totally the playful type and my ex husband loved that about me but when we got married he told me "It was cute in the beginning but now I want you to grow up" whatever that means.
Red flag right there. Controlling behaviour. Later he will hold it against you that you are no fun anymore.
@@francesmcfadden57 so you can't win no matter what you do 🤔
Run.....
@@michellewall6748 I did, which is why i said ex husband
Now I know why he’s your x!
Most men don’t smile if women don’t smile
I sure do admire your communication style
i dont wear makeup at all and i feel this is the real me i have nothing to hide sad thing is men seem to look at the all made up women but a real man looks deeper then that he dont need a trophy on his arm to make him look good i see it so much and i know people who are like that thank you for this post good stuff
Listening to your videos and thinking to do it makes me already drained.
Just looking good and having a man comment and being polite and saying thank you with a smile
He's attracted to my generosity and intellect
Love this show so much. Its very attractive person n fun to watch it too.I wish he can share more story about dating stuff. Thanks BrianNox for everything🤗🙏Lots of love ay💜💟💕💞
I have been told by men ( and my women friends too ) that because I am confident in my larger body that is attractive and to the women inspiring because most women no matter what their size are NOT confident!
Loved it 😍
I would like to thank you for your videos. Love your humour in them and the way you help us find a lighter and brighter, more understable to ourselves, path through sometimes difficult matters.
I live in Antwerp, Belgium:)..... so can pronounce your name, Geert. All the best.
Thankyou for insights. The confidence side is definately a thing
Of course. I never wear make up and have a lot of men interested in me.
Sooooooo good! Glad I found you!
He's voice is so relaxing.
I always look forward to your new videos 😊 i recommend you to all my friends
Strange but true 🥰 Brian 🥰 there are these men who love it when women get dolled up all the time 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 and these are in my experience crazy controlling men 🙃
An insightful and enjoyable listen!🙏🏼
We in Australia have to wear face masks 😷 every day, making it super hard to smile at anyone, I love to smile and this is awful not being able to smile freely
Same. I smile at everyone. But so hard because of the bloody masks, so now I have stepped up and say "G'day " to everyone
@@jocelynbelle2946 still not the same…
A real smile, otherwise known as a Duquesne smile, involves about 21 muscles in your face.
Just because i havent showed it in a long time 😭
To wear a mask is stupid and blind obedient
Thank you so much.i appreciate you❤
All your books are great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and ENOUGH! Is awesome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you. 😊
Love this video!! Words of wisdom 😊
I smile after he kisses me and he looks at me and asks "why are you smirking at me like that" and gets freaked out ☹️
I just recently attracted a guy and on our second date he said it was because of my smile.
I've been following you for a while your videos are so useful thank you !
Super super cool stuff! Thanks Brain!
You give great advice.

OMG your are amazing and your videos are extremely helpful. I've being taking the imput and putting them into action. They all work! Thanks. 💚🤗🌴
Hi Brian I have thoroughly appreciated your honest and thoughtful advice in your videos. Could you please make a video on relationships with older men and younger women (or relationships with a large age difference)?
How about the other way round!
I was told by every guy that I m very genuine
What attracts men to me is also what inevitably repels them after a while..
Knowing my own mind and being unafraid to stand by my convictions, even if it means I’m standing alone.
Men love that about me until they, or someone they know, are on the receiving end. Then they want me to make allowances or excuses.
Interesting. Do you know teal swan? She has a video on containment.
@@strawberrygirl8572 yielding and flexible sure but never at the expense of your believes and values, and things that you absolutely hate
I am the same way and I attract and repeal for the same reason.
Thank you Brian 🙋♀️
I think I have all these features but I need a man I am attracted to😂
I actually went on date with this guy for the first time on my pajama. We went for a walk with coffee on our hands while talking.
@@blessingonyinyechigozie3532 no thanks
That million dollar smile and eyes😊
I've watched several videos on relationships. Yours are the best.
@@joselphmandeman9453 no thanks. I'm happy the way I am. But I love studing mass behaivour, social psycology, relationships... humans are very interesting. The videos in this channel seems to be more sensible and realistic. No games, no magic formula.
Thanks for sharing these informations…🥰
GREAT Advice!!
My stretch marks☺️
Love it!
Enjoyed!
You are very funny and 💯 correct
Thanks Brian , i put that in mind . Thanks a lot for the info.
this is very good, agree totally x
I am ambitous and driven, great video thank you
Blue eyes seem to be a huge attractant! And an open demeanor.
I would say something men have been attracted to in me is my ability to be introspective and my desire to be a better person, always
I hope someday, "Brian", will give simple and quick bullet point videos.
These are true I guess ❤
Ok recently he said he is comfortable with me. Then on the second day , he said that he attract to me ... And said I m very attractive to him. Then our conversation is starting up and he said he is interested in me.
I m a shaman witch , which I help human to guide them through chakra and also make them back into the right path.
But after what he said out as he have wife .. but I don sense that..
Yet he told me he got lots of women as a part of friendship.. but I reply him is not my business whether he got or not. I m just guiding him . I had interested in him but when he said he got wife .. I will not step in.
