You just put almonds in a blender until they stick together and form a paste. You can add a tiny bit of oil (sunflower is probably best) if you want it to be runnier. It will look like it's bot working at first but you gotta be patient
idk if you use the trick of pouring (pooring? idk) boiled water over your rice noodles for other things (like other noodles, pasta) but it seems like a neat trick. Does it only work on your rice noodles or would it work on other things too? Because I think it's genius and I've never seen it before but I think it could work but I'm still hella new to the whole cooking thing

I guess you follow a high carb low fat. Do you feel satisfied? I know everyone is different but when I eat high carb vegan for some weeks if I eat less fat that hunger never goes away🤦♀️ But when I eat nuts-nut butters, avocado, olives etc I feel better and fuller 😊
