I have been vegetarian for two years now and always found myself turning full vegan really difficult because I never knew what to eat to feel satisfied and energetic. Lately I have been following your recipes and I have to give you my full thanks for helping me on my vegan journey. I am enjoying all these delicious foods and discovering that there is a wide range of healthy foods to eat. I can honestly say I don’t miss my vegetarian diet. I was wondering if you can start suggesting drinks with the foods you cook like smoothies, teas or juices ( made at home) that would help me so much as well.

That chickpea curry and rice you had on saturday look so good! I want to make it but I don't have a food processor.... 🙁 Update: I just chop the onion and pepper really fine and grate the garlic and ginger on a small grater. It works really well!
I have IBS but I want to go vegan, however obviously I need a low fibre diet. Most vegan diets I see on here contain loads of fibre which would be too much for my body to handle, but yours doesn’t contain too much fibre which is really nice to see for someone with a chronic bowel condition! I’ll definitely be trying some of these recipes when I go vegan 😊
I have Ulcerative Colitis and being vegan tremendously helps my symptoms. I have never had a problem finding low fiber vegan foods when my digestive system doesn’t want to work. Give it a try!
Just remember your health is most important. Don’t worry about trying to defend yourself against aggressive people. Focus on doing the best you can with what you have ❤️❤️
I have Crohns and switched to eating a primarily plant based diet just based on how meat and dairy made me feel (hard to digest, bloated and angry bowels). Too much fiber kind of made me feel the same way but what I discovered is that I tolerate cooked vegetables a lot more than raw. Saddens me because I enjoy a raw food diet but I enjoy being in remission a lot more!
I have started to try more smoothies. Today was spinach, banana, cocoa powder, cinamon, oats, soya milk. It was like bittersweet dark chocolate. However, yours with banana, spinach, apple, dates looks much better. Raw oats on top too. I would not have thought of that before. Now that I am a vegan, I find that my diet is more varied and interesting. I am less restrictive too.

The granola cereal is what got me omg. I love granola and I'm obsessed with tea.
