A lot of people here are saying "I'm watching this and I'm not even vegan!". Well, you don't have to be vegan 24/7 to make vegan dishes. I've been a vegetarian for almost 6 years now and I often make vegan dishes because I find them good and affordable and I like to make better choices for the environment. It's all about reducing after all. You can even eat meat but choose to eat vegan for example a few days a week. That's already a huge improvement :)
@@ArtDesignHDSure! Unfortunately the sugar in Sriracha (Huy Fong, the brand everyone uses) is not Vegan. Their sugar is bleached, and they use animal bone char to bleach it. They say on their website that it is of course not vegan because of this. Other Sriracha brands are mostly not Vegan either for the same reason, but you can find Sriracha brands that are 100% Vegan because their sugar is vegan (I'll name a couple at then end)! For some reason soooo many vegans don't know about this, especially when we see it all over the vegan channels and vegan recipes, even vegan restaurants like Veggie Grill, it can be hard to figure out that it isnt actually Vegan. But hopefully the news will spread and then every Vegan can decide if they are okay with having sugar that is bleach with the charred bones of Animals. I do not, because that is horrible for the Animals, so I do not want to ever come near it. I am a Strict Ethical Vegan. But not every Vegan is Vegan for Animals. They're plant-based. Hopefully that helps you! A couple Sriracha brands where the Sriracha's are vegan: -Yellowbird -Nature's Greatest
i think her food looks like korean food which is Kimbab😥😥cause it has vegies, rice and seaweed wrap on the outside sushi normally contains rice and raw fish on the top
@@breab8879 If you google sushi and kimbab, one of the biggest difference is using dryed seeweed or not. Since she didn't add any sauce or specific vegies or fish on the rice I can't say if it is sushi or kimbab.. but by the looks, it is so much like kimbab.

You can put wayy more rice into the sushi roll! Just leave a some space at the side that is going to be outside and then the makis are going to be much more filling

I developed an intolerance to dairy and an allergy to eggs around the same time so it was obvious that a vegan diet would be a good idea but I hated it because it was so hard to find things considering also have an allergy to nuts and a lot of vegan foods use nuts for substitutes but now I’m starting to love vegan food thanks to your videos, I feel like I can eat some what ‘normal’

The waffle recipe was delicious I replaced the applesauce with mashed banana and it came out great! I ate it with a fried egg and hot sauce on top. 10/10 reccomend.

In Korea there is a meal just like sushi but it's called "kimbap" but they don't put raw meat in it. And I love gochujang 😍 i wish there was gochujang in Turkey.
Seriously, sushi is always the best, it is cheap, healthy, quick, and always delicious, I only use cucumber as the filling, still delicious... You just need to put vinegar mix in the rice (I mix vinegar, sugar, salt, and water) tastes like restaurant sushi... Usually restaurant uses mirin too as the mix, but I don't eat alcohol so I substitute it with sugar
You say it like it’s an achievement. You’re vegan because you want to be. If you intensely crave non vegan things it means your body is uncomfortable with your food choices. Then you should reconsider. If not - good for you. You’re just a normal person who eats what they want to eat.

I dont have a blender, a waffle iron or an asian food market...
I live in a bog city so if wanted i could aquire all of that, but its hella fu king expensive. Being vegan in Poland is either expensive or creative.

You’re not supposed to press the sushirice so harshly into the nori. It makes the rice flavour and texture mushy.
