Mrs. Cross i found a super simple vegan crêpes recipe! You just need 500 ml of water 250 gr of Flour (use oatflour if you Want a healthier Version) and one tsp of Banking powder and that‘s it! Heat up a pan and make your delicious Crêpes!😘
the other day i've found out that you should always ground your flax cause our body cant digest it so it's basically useless if it's not ground.. i think i've seen you put whole flaxseeds in your porridge so i just wanted to let you know :) sorry if i'm wrong.. great recipes as always
Hey! I know I’m late, but I have a little tip. Make sure to grind up the flax seeds in a food processor before eating them because that gives you all the nutrients. If you just eat the seed, it will just go right through you. 😊
My favorites are spinach-banana smoothie, avocado on toast, bircher müsli (apple, pear, oats/granola, non-dairy milk) and smoothie bowls (usually frozen berries, bananas, chia seeds, coconut flakes, agave syrup) and bread with jam or peanut butter ☺️ as you can see I prefer sweet breakfast but the potato one looks super awesome definitely gonna try this!
I’m a super lazy breakfast person (kind of recently vegan) who ate cereal for 3 straight years. Then I went vegan and made my own cereal. I like a chopped mango, half a banana, a bunch of blueberries and a bit of chocolate granola. Then put some almond milk in the bowl with it. Delicious! 👌🏻
Breakfast has been my most difficult meal since becoming vegan. I hate oatmeal , unless in a cookie of course, but love chia seed pudding. Thank you for the simple, affordable, and tasty, variations you've brought to my breakfast!
I love your ingredients I make it almost everyday and my child love it my daughter name blessing would always come back from school and watch your videos
I'm a little confused by whoever told you to not use hot water over ginger??? Has no one ever had fresh ginger tea? I make ginger tea from fresh ginger all the time. I really don't know how to steep ginger tea any other way but to use hot water..I mean, unless you "steep" overnight at room temp? Idk, I've never heard this before, so news to me.
I really have a problem with trying out new vegan recipes, so all that I eat is either bread or Fries... (not really, but it seems like these two things are the only real things I eat) Your videos really inspire me to try out other things! Thank you for that😁💜 I really do enjoy watching them
you might want to google "Japanese tea ceremony" as it shows how to properly foam the matcha! It tastes a looot better like that! All of these look so delicious aw thank you for this!
You can make so many combinations for breakfast with oatmeal - easy, tasty, inexpensive, healthy, versatile and quick. Although I like to cook it, eating it raw will upset my stomach.
trying to go vegan while the rest of my family eats bacon in front of me Edit: holy crap, this is the most likes i’ve ever gotten on a comment. And update: I made my family watch a compilation of cute pigs so they would feel bad whenever they eat bacon :)
I think you're not supposed to add any liquid to the banana nice cream, otherwise it will turn into a smoothie bowl. I just blend frozen bananas and it always turns out perfectly 😊❤️ anyway everything looks so yummy 😋
Y E S to the crepe video!! Before transitioning crepes used to be one of my favs to eat n I never really try to recreate items so I completely forgot abt them
I have watched a few of your videos and I noticed that a lot of the products you use are from either Germany or Switzerland.💜 Which area do you live in?:)
Pro tip for tea: when you make tea id recommend boiling the water for around 5 mins and then after that let it sit for 1 min before you put it with the tea.
Omg the crepes look amazing!!! I have been trying different crepe recipes and idk if something's up with the recipes or just my pan, but I can't flip them without tearing them apart, for the most part :(. And crepes are literally my favorite food ever, so, I really really really need this crepe recipe!!
I love your channel so much! Recently made your black bean brownies and they were soo nice - tried to show you on IG but you're hard to get - anyways, keep it up, really appreciate your videos :>
Regarding the vegan crepes, if anyone is interested this recipe for me personally works best: (from this amount comes out about 5 or 6 pancakes) 1 banana 125 g of oat flour 250 g of plant milk First smash a banana in a bowl then add milk and wisk it nicely and then add flour (oat flour is personally very lumpy so the mixture can get lumpy too with bits of solid pieces of flour in it, so i recommend sifting the flour before adding it to the mixture) And basically that's it (: before putting each scoop of mixture in a pan i put a teaspoon of coconut oil on the pan. The crepes are so delicious! I usually put peanut butter or agave/maple syrup or sometimes vegan nutella.
Such a nice video. I love all your breakfasts. but especially the one with nice cream. I am such a nice cream fan. I cannot wait for the summer to start (soooooon😍😍🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻) to have nice cream almost every day.☺️☺️☺️
"very exciting I know"
honestly? realistic AF and I think a lot of people, me included, prefer it that way because they look good and are doable
This is the real lazy shit. Other people talk about “lazy vegan meals” and it’s still about 3x the amount of work I normally do 💀
Hannah King still too much work for me... Have been eating oatmeal for the whole week
Mlep(clay)nos I eat oatmeal everyday, it‘s a no brainer
