Yeah for a regular person but any ring specialist gymnast could easily do what he could do. Hes doing mostly A or B elements. Watch gymnast like Brandon Wynn, Danny Rodriguez and Yuri Van Gelder they do maltese to inverted crosses back to back on rings

I started calisthenics exactly 2 months ago. I went from being able to do 2 bad form knee pushups to 3-5 perfect form regular pushups.
