    Great video! Chris if its possible you should do a series of teaching your friends calisthenics skills I think its extremely instructive when you are teaching someone else how to do the move because people get the chance to figure out what they are doing wrong and pick up on their own mistakes, Even for me in this video it helped my 90 degree hold a ton I realized my elbows were not tucked in enough and I wasn't leaning far enough forward

      @@erikb6703thanks for sharing to help those of us still working towards ours!
      2 questions if you would be so kind to answer:
      How often did you train it per week
      Did you start doing pseudo-planche push ups after reaching 20 push ups in a row or..?

    • @erikb6703
      @erikb6703 9 месяцев назад

      @@homosapien6031 well I've just done 2 sets 2 times a week. Very minimalist.
      Always measure the distance between my hands and the wall and keep my head grazing the wall. When I reach 2 sets of 10 reps I increase the distance. I started at around 25 max push ups, at around 65 kg bodyweight.
      Almost certainly not the optimal routine but very simple and easy. 🤷

      @@erikb6703 Thanks! Hey, if you worry about optimal too much, you run the risk of not getting anything done. But by putting in consistent effort (even maybe not 100% optimal lol) you accomplished something that is pretty difficult to do! And now through your experience you can and have helped at least one other person! Tysm!
