The Bible says in John 3:16-36 that whoever believes in the Lord Jesus Christ shall not perish but have everlasting life, the Bible also says in Romans 10:9 that those who declare with their mouth that Jesus Christ is their God, Lord, and Savior they shall be saved. Revelation 1:8 says that Jesus is the alpha and the omega. Luke and revelation is the ending times, and Jesus is returning back. So are you going to submit your life to him or no? Narrow is the path that leads to the gates of heaven, but only few people find it. The gates that is the path to destruction is where many people find it! Jesus loves you SO MUCH! That he died on the cross, and was resurrected from the dead 3 days later to give us eternal life.

For each variations doing 5 till 40 since l couldn't do 10 but as l progressed l just told myself that l won't stand up or stretch until l got 20 then stretch got down for other fives till 20 and l stretched repeated the process for the other variations and reach 100.

Seeing how well Jesse performed was cool, he's a massive dude, but tbh I thought he would struggle more, just by the way his mass is distributed across his body. I'm gonna try to incorporate some of these excersises in my workout and see how I will do. Keep up the good work! 👍

Years ago, after seeing someone else do a human flag on a pole at the end of a Tai chi class, I tried it, not even knowing what it was or how much prep was needed. I tried it right there on the same pole and immediately pulled a muscle in my right chest. The other guy that did it and the people that had been watching him, didn't even notice, they had already walked off. But it hurt to even sneeze for a month.
