- On today's Monologue (formerly known as rant) I discuss the role of Cialis beyond Erectile Dysfunction based on my own story
We are dropping a video tomorrow with more information
Become: prevmedhealth....
Congrats on a courageous video. As a fit 84 year old I find that there is a dearth of advice on dose, supplements etc, for those who are getting on a bit. I hope that I do not have to wait for you to reach my current age before I can get relevant info. I enjoy and value your videos. Sir George Mathewson, Scotland
Thank God you are still here. I appreciate you and all your videos.
God bless you and your team.
Greetings from Toronto Canada.
I used to get up for a pee maybe 3 times a night. I went low carb, started consuming salt with my food, and literally haven't had to get up for a pee at night in many years. Not once. Finish drinking around 8pm, pee and settle around 9:45pm, get up around 5:30am. Don't need to pee when I first get up; normally around 15 minutes after getting up.
I think it is improved deep sleep earlier in the night and the salt that helped a lot. Both are good for producing anti-diuretic hormone.
I do have a slightly enlarged prostate. Have had that for around 20 years, but hasn't got worse since I went low carb around 6 years ago. Appears to have improved somewhat.
Use three tablespoon of tomatoes purée and you will see a marked change in BPH and related symptoms . Try to make it yourself so no hidden sweeteners etc but add a little bit of olive oil and black pepper and also peel off tomato skin.
how to take this puree
Keep these videos coming, Dr Brewer, they are a great inspiration for me. We are almost the same age, and I've had BPH issues since I was 49. Although I was prescribed other meds like alpha blockers, Finasteride, etc., I never took them. Now I take 5mg of Cialis/day, and only get up about 2 times/night, whereas it was 5 times or more before. ED wasn't a problem for me either, but don't mind the 'enhancement,' which is the only 'side effect. Thank you!
BPH here. Doctor performing hernia surgery prescribed Flowmax to ensure I had no problems of bladder emptying post surgery. Great relief for a short period however I developed low blood pressure with dizziness. I did the research and asked my PCP for 2.5 mg of Cialis. Since there was no improvement we increased it to 5mg daily. It works with no side effects. I also tried two other alpha blockers like Flowmax and experienced low blood pressure. Know the side effects of these drugs.
Yes, Prostatitis can be debilitating almost as bad a passing a kidney stone.
Congratulations on a courageous video . I enjoy and respect your videos immensely . However I hope that I do not have to wait until you reach my age of a fit 84 until I see videos on dose sizes etc for the truly elderly. Sir George Mathewson , Scotland
Thank You!
Had a similar experience. Started using Cialis for prostatism with excellent results. Than noticed my angina (I have moderate severe three vessel coronary artery disease ) improved significantly.
Costco $60 for 360 pills 5mg
No insurance needed
12 monthly refills of 30 pills
5 bucks for 90 pills with my prescription plan. I'm very fortunate!
Do they have farmacy in there. How do you ask about the pills, do you say you need cialis or tadalafil? Thanks for your answer.
If you're asking me I don't go to costco I have state health benefits
Micro dosing Cialis has been nothing short of life changing for me. For several years i had been getting up 5, 6 sometimes more to pee. Tired all the time, no energy, depressed, anxious, a general life sucks and then you die attitude. By shear dumb luck i was advised by a nurse to try cialis. Within 10 days i was only getting up 1-2 timesca night. Within 2 weeks my whole attitude changed. All i needed was a good nights sleep. And the help with mild ED is an added benefit. 😊
I’m with you! Treated others and ignored self. Until a horse kicked an umbilical hernia out of me. A CT scan showed a baseball sized prostate! At 73 tadalafil I now live on 5mg a day
Thank You for sharing!
Dr Brewer with your Afib history, how is it you take 5mg Cialis ? Do you have any side reactions from taking it ? I know you’re not gonna reply, but I’ll throw it out there
I have had Afib and take sotalol to manage it. I am 72, reasonably fit, decent nutrition and exercise regularly. I take 5mg of cialis daily with no ill effects, no issues with Afib. Really helps with the BPH problem and the mild ED issues. Hope it works for you.
Had side effects with Flomax. Made my jaw and teeth hurt, along with headaches. No problems with Cialis so far. Seems to be helping with urination; frequency and completion.
I get acid reflux even at 5mg per day. Anyone have suggestions about how to combat acid reflux while taking cialis without taking medications every day?
Apple Cider Vinegar. A teaspoon in your water and even mixed into your salad dressing. It was recommended on this channel and many others... 👍
Good morning Doc. I've been taking 5 mg Cialis for 6 yrs. for overactive bladder But I also have glaucoma. Is that safe? My eye doctor didn't give me much feedback.
I’m a Kaiser plan member and although I really appreciate my doctor my access to her is very limited.
Your channel has answered many of my questions for her. I will bring her up to speed on what I have learned when I do speak with her next.
Thank you for all that you do. ❤️🙏
Kaiser sucks
Thank you for your amazing efforts.
I was on 5 per day for a couple year then it was unavailable. So was 10. I asked my doc to write 20 and I would break it in 4. I didn’t, I just started taking 20 and my BPH IS GONE!!
apparently it also lowers your blood pressure
Thanks for another very interesting presentation.
They always spike blood in my urine. I’m on an antibiotic right now. I’m trying to figure this out.
Did I miss it? I never heard Dr. Brewer discuss his results on Cialis. Presumably it improved but can we get some details?
We'll have more info tomorrow at Noon ET
I have been taking 5 mg of Tadalafil (Zalutia) for about 8 years now for BPH. It really does help but my prostate is so big I still get up 3-4 times a night. I am hesitate to have surgery, just riding it out at 73.
"Oil up" You didn't get it? Let me give you a hint. "Digital exam" It sounds high tech 🤣Thank you.
sorry to be picky but BPH is BP hyperplasia not BP hypertrophy.
I get up at least 5 times a night. Just started Iodine 3 days ago.
BPH guy here, on 5mg of Zetia but hasn't helped at all, urgency is so frustrating, 2-3 x per night still. Ugh.
I'm 69yo. Finally I got doc to prescribe daily Cialis along with Terazosin for BPH/ED. I also have a polymorphism which has been shown to reduce BH4 cofactor (80% less) that is needed for NOS and NO production in body. My own measurements of NO show "depleted" with home kit. Doing 10mg/day. It helps but NO is still lower than optimal based on the NO measure kit.
Hi what is natural remedy for prostate I would rather take natural stuff thanks
There are plenty of supplements for enlarged prostate. For me, none of them worked. Going low carb is the only thing that appeared to help, and it has taken a few years to see a very gradual improvement. I of course do not know if it is the low carb that caused the improvement.
@@trail.blazer I am sure that there is an alternative ! I will let you know know if the Allah wells
You can try saw palmetto.
@@stepheneverhardt4731 Meta study analysis has shown that saw palmetto has little to no benefit for reducing BPH symptoms. You could argue that any improvements that were seen were not due to the saw palmetto, but something else they were doing.
It may reduce DHT which might have some benefit.
An overlooked factor in BPH is that it can possibly be caused by high insulin and insulin-like growth factors. Maybe that is why I saw an improvement with low carb.
I started taking 5mg for Reynolds syndrome and it worked! But that’s not all I stopped getting up at night to,pee a game changer! I even have more energy! Of all the things I take this one works wonders for me.
I was on Flomax. I didn’t like that too many side effects. I had three major side effects.
Is foam in urine
Sugar or protein ??
Cialis is not available in Australia at the moment due to a world wide shortage, or so the TGA states is the reason.
What time in the day or night should it be taken?
However, Cialis will not really work for more sever cases of BPH. I do not have BPH or ED but have taken 5mg dose daily for the last 10 years. I did as a preventative measure for BPH. I have a GP, but I also chose to have a urologist as well as I never really thought my GP had a real grip on mens health issues surrounding prostate exams and care. I check my PSA every 6 months and exercise every day of the week in one form or another…weight training, rucking, hiking, etc. Blueberries every day and raspberries as well. Now, I know there may not be perfect scientific evidence that says berries help the prostate, but there is a school of thought. Diet I do believe is a big deal so I do focus on reduced bad carbs, good proteins and good oils. I also have a partner that is 15 years younger and has a very nice sex drive…so that helps as well. Don’t wait to get in front of prostate issues. Thank you Dr. Brewer for what you do. As they say, an ounce of prevention….
I’m gonna ask my doctor to put me on COS
Thanks alot ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍🦘🤠
Mu escort told me about this pill. Hallelujah for good therapy
Does Cialis work on the blood flow in that area? If not, what is the mechanism that Cialis helps to correct?
Yes…sort of. Check out tomorrow’s long form. There’s more detail.
I’ve been using tamsulosin for bph for about 10 years now and can I use both tamsulosin and Cialis for bph and every day( for Cialis )??? Waiting for your answer …. Thanks 🙏
It’s a great question. The short answer is that some do. However, each can impact BP. Together they have an even bigger impact. I take Cialis daily, but Flowmax only once/week. & I have still had to cut back on BP meds.
So It’s not dangerous to use Cialis every day??? I have no hearth condition or problem…
I have BPH, and was prescribed Tamsulosin. Took one and fell down, I have low blood pressure, usually 100/60, maximum 110/65. Tamsulosin lowered it too much, taking it in the evening didn’t help as I woke up at night to pee, and fainted in the toilets. I’ve been able to manage it with saw palmetto and lycopene. I’ll check cialis and its impact on blood pressure.
"... think a little bit harder." Yeah, Cialis sure will help with that. 😁
CAN YOU DO A VIDEO ON THE "MICROALBUMIN;CREATININE" URINE LABS? IM A 65, I MEAN 66 YEAR OLD MAN WITH DIABETIES.
3 months ago i had a checkup and the "random micro Albumin was 8.2 and was labled as HIGH, random Creatinine was 91.5 , so the ratio was HIGH, at 89.6
DO NOT SPEAK TO ME DIRECTLY IN THE VIDEO, BUT EXPLAIN THIS SO WE CAN UNDERSTAND IT AND WHAT EVERYONE CAN DO TO FIX THINGS!!
I DO NOT WATCH LIVE STREAMS AS I NEVER SEEM TO KNOW WHERE OR WHEN ONE WAS!
Why are you shouting?

What about proscar

Eli Lilly

accurate?
Is what accurate?
Hah, I get up more than my husband to pee at night! Now I feel bad for him LOL
Try taking saw palmetto.
Cialis and TRT are two of the best things that I’ve ever done for myself. I was getting up at least twice a night to pee and the Cialis instantly cured that, as well as helping with ED. And the TRT has made me young again.
Yes, daily Cialis works. Also has nice benefits in the gym.
"no matter how much you shake your peg, one drop always goes down your leg"
I want to start cialis as well, not because of any conditions but the protective properties and longevity values from it cardiovascular way. Also, I am 49 years old, enjoy working out and want the great pumps in the gym effect of it. It’s a bodybuilding hack to take cialis every other day 5mg for great workouts.
Watching your rant .
From the Philippines. My husband had operated bph. Does it recur? Tnxs
Well women can actually experience something similar with menopause. Called Genitourinary syndrome.
Is cialis
Bad for BP?
It can lower Blood Pressure, so be careful if you're already on b.P medication
does viagra do the same?
Morning Dr. My urologist prescribed 20mg of cialis to take every other day. It actually helpes with BPH. My cardiologist don't like me taking cialis due to bp meds and statin I'm already taking. Prostate cancer runs in my family so I take the cialis.
Why was your cardiologist against it?
Holy cow, man! 20mg?? I had a 5mg Rx and cut the pills in half, and still had raging, painful boners all night long that woke me from my sleep! I also found that taking more than 5mg would make my heart race.
@DL-rl9bd I'm 60...not that it means much. But agree 20mg is alot. I cut them in half as well. Again, when dealing with cholesterol and HBP and family history of prostate cancer...it helps
@bartrobinson2103 It can impact BP and lessen effect on meds
@user-cd9ui4qv4q Wow a bit confusing. My cardiologist is okay with me taking it. But I don't take blood pressure meds.
Cialis
Just wanted to say Thanks for the Natto powder talk regarding K2... I'm taking 1TBs a day!
Thank you for your valuable information concerning BPH issues in relation to carbohydrates and diet 🙏 I will watch your Cialis video too
You look rough today. Looks like you just crawled out of bed. Take care of yourself.
Could you get on with it or at least put markers in? 11 minutes in and the rambling is all over the place.
28 years chronic prostatitis and all the symptoms you mentioned, the last urologists' said he didn't have anything for me go home and live with it, don't call us we"l call you
Doesn't really help with the frequent urination either. But it's very inexpensive for me
Yea, I had enlarged prostate too. It's gone. As many other inflammatory chronic diseases I had.
Why is it not enlarged now, what did you do?
@@Carnivorefitness2024
Diet + fasting + physical activity. The prostate wasn't my worst issue which I've got fixed. My asthma is in complete remission. I stopped taking medication for several months. I don't have migraines for more than a year. I had a very bad seborrheic dermatitis on the face, which is healed too. No more back pain. Tendonitis healed. Also much better mental health too.
@@Carnivorefitness2024
Forgot about the inflammatory bowel disease. Had it almost guaranteed a couple times per month. Nasty thing. But I was lucky,.. some people have it all the time
@@ianosgnatiuc Thanks
@@Carnivorefitness2024
But I can tell you for sure that the "carnivore" diet isn't the answer. It's no different than the veganism - a totally unnecessarily extreme.
Cool video! Andre
Bravo and thanks so much
Any man who is keen on learning about healthy and long life must be watching Your channel. Very informative.
I had to turn my speakers way up to hear this guy after being on youtube for an hour or so watching other videos. So it is his recording which is poor quality, sound wise.
Beta sitasterol any help?
Didn't help me. I tried all the supplements with no effect except emptying my wallet. Low carb appeared to help.
