You should see what parents feed their kids when they come to school nothing but 80% -90% carbohydrates: all process foods. any people out there listening start investing in healthcare medication for these kids; you'll make a fortune. it is so sad indeed
One thing is the RDA. I am not sure how it is used by commercial enterprises, but as long as it calls for 60% of calories from carbs, 30% from fats and 10% from protein its a problem. Those enterprises can keep claiming heathy food at least to a degree and low information parents will not know the difference. 33g of Carbs is only 12% of the RDA. A person can eat 8 Lunchables and they are good to go.
I live in Russia. But it does not matter. It is all same everywhere. Only in Asia slightly different. Japan is also different. While walking inside of food hypermarket, I have feeling of being stupid like an animal in the fenced area. Same with food courts in trading centers. Also with clothes. People now are wearing sack shaped coats , it is so... So step away from intelligence from culture from classic. Woman must be slim and wear dress. Not a sack. It is wrong direction for the whole humanity.
Just STOP BUYING easy.
I agree. Thank you!

There's Not a Single Essential Carbohydrate
We are being given only half the story.
600mg sodium is a lot for one serving. I don't know many teens who can eat only one for lunch.
@@kbmblizz1940 good point!
I am LMHR with high lp(a). Eating a mostly carnivore diet. Focusing on keeping carbs very low, protecting artery health. Avoiding meds. Good strategy?
I am also a Newfoundlander!! I've been in the US for over 25 years, living in Boston.
My kids in Indian Rocks Beach...lots of flooding and a neighbor drowned!
