    Cake flour 200g
    Black icing sugar(Use blender to crash the black sugar to powder)
    Coconut oil 120g (melted under 40 degrees)
    Rock salt 1g
    Dried cranberries 65g
    Matcha powder 8g

    Hi I want to comment again to ask can I make different patterns ? Can I use this dough as an Icebox cookie dough and make for example checkerboard patterns ?
    Edit : I made the batter and it taste super yummy !! But the first time I tried to cut it in turned into crumbs. Then I fixed it with lot and lot of oil. I refrigerated it for another 30 min then I can cut it. I was desperate so I baked the dough. I don’t know how you got that perfect square shape cause mine’s came out as a rectangle. After 25 min the cookies were flat and not thick. But it tastes delicious! Any idea what went wrong?

      Hello, you can put it in the refrigerator to completely freeze, let it sit for 10-20 minutes and cut it with a knife, it will not break easily, and the baking temperature should not be too high to get a perfect square

      @@ChusVegan thanks ! I meant while shaping the cookie I shaped a rectangle. Also if I bake these cookies at 160 degrees it will not spread ? Cause using your temperature it spread

      不可以哦,椰子油起到凝固的作用用于整形,普通糖粉就可以
