That look of fear Sandman makes right before the final star punch, right after calling Little Mac scared, is absolute perfection. Punch Out Wii is so good and it deserves a port to Switch.

He could maybe use chocolate bars to heal, and since some of the opponents seem old, maybe doc could battle younger versions of them, but others may not be there because they were too young. I like to imagine he did it specifically because, if I remember right Bear Hugger has a special property where body blows immediately end combos against him so the fight encourages you to focus on uppercuts, thus making it so you have to really try to knock him down with a hook.

My first time ever beating King Hippo I didn't know how to jab. I thought the intended way to beat him was to carefully chip away a small chunk of his health with regular attacks and make sure he never hits you so you can win by decision.
