i got the TD Bald Bull Glitch by accident when playing Exhibition Mode. I was just playing against him again to learn his patterns a bit more but when the next round started i realised that his Health was 0

As you can guess, the game doesn't know how to react to this instance and breaks a bit. For starters, when Mac star punches TD Bald Bull, Bull goes down, but the knockdown isn't counted. Yet. When Mac scores another knockdown, *then* the first one is counted along with the second, making it seem like the game pays you back with two knockdowns. (In reality, the first knock down is counted internally, but the visual animation doesn't play) It also makes Mac immune to getting tired (as long as he's induced in that state by repeatedly hitting an opponents block), as long as he doesn't: Finish a stun, get hit, or land a Star Punch.

The one thing I’ve always wanted to see in this game is as many of the fighters as possible KO’d via 10-count, I’ve only seen it on like one fighter ever. Obviously not possible on Hippo, but the others?
You forgot another regional difference: In the American version, there's a chance that TD Soda Popinski will stay down on the sixth knockdown, resulting in a KO. In the European version, this feature is removed, meaning the player can only beat him by TKO or win by decision.

He's just a fictional game character, he doesn't have any feelings to hurt. I don't regret laughing at all.
The unused moves could be modded(with appropriate voicelines and fixed reactions) to make a new harder version of these characters.
