    Yup. My should is STILL aching and paining and I am definitely here complaining about it. However, everything is what you make of it and I know this is apart of the process, I know I over shot my body and now I am paying for it and that's OKAY! Training is never always going to be perfect especially when you have been doing this for a while, your body will tell you when you need to stop and I once again did TOO MUCH.
    Weightlifting is challenging but there are always set backs in the gym. Its not always going to be perfect but work with you body!
    I managed to hit 85% snatches and I hit a new PR clean at 70kg! that's still huge and a big progression. This next week of workouts will be a reload so I am excited my body will have a chance to rest.
