I liked the suggestion to avoid drawing the lines for boxes all the way to the edge. I always wondered why some layouts look so good. It really is more eye appealing. Thanks
Hi Chelsea! Great video! Can you tell me where you got the tool for placing & cutting your tape at around minute 21:00? I would LOVE to have that. I have been struggling a little with placing stickers & tape since starting to work with my Passion Planner. Thanks in advance!
This was absolutely so helpful to me… I have tried, and failed to use planners over the last several years and when, looking at the pages, never knew how to make it really fun… Thanks so much for this!
Thanks Chelsea! Great demo of styles! What was the tool you were using to place and trim stickers and washi? I have never seen one of those and now MUST. HAVE. ONE. 🤣
This was definitely a great video for me. Love how you showed the different ways. I seem to like the time tracker and to do lists so far but I'm just so glad to even see that there are options. Thank you for taking the time to make this video. Sincerely.
This was wonderful. I liked the blocking method for sure, but the Todo list and journaling sounds good too. Since I have clients hourly I'm wondering how I can combine journalling and time blocking. I've been horrible with using my planner since I finished school.
I love the layout of the time tracking especially . I ordered another planner because I spilled coffee all over it even though it will probably start from end of April, I can't wait to fresh with these layouts !
@@mtb3803 Mine just came yesterday! My favorite planners are Happy Planners Recollections and Erin Condren. I'm relatively new to Passion Planners. I'm addicted to washi tape stickers and pens. 😩😂
@@comegetthiscommentary I havent received mine yet sadly. But I live in Europe so it will take some extra time. I am entirely new to planning. I've been wanting to plan my things for years and now.. it is finally happening :D Ive heard about the Happy Planners! I will check those out as well. I decided for this Passion Planner because they look really nice ánd they were on offer for only 3,14! (on Pi day) so I had to try! :D I've got some washi tape and stickers as well! All I need now is my Passion Planner to arrive!
I love seeing all these layout ideas. It made me realize I use a combo of a few of them and some of the other ones would work better for certain days for me!! Thanks for sharing💖
Thank you, this was a very helpful video. Trying to balance work, bookstagram page and content creation and everything else, the blend of 3 panning styles work for me - stickers, to do in 9 -5 slot and color coding.
I ordered my first passion planner and it arrives on Wednesday. Thanks for sharing this video. It was helpful in figuring out how I want to set my planner up.
This was a helpful video. I received my new Passion Planner, that red one!, and will consider changing a few of my methods. I am ordering that little tool right now though.
I will definitely be implementing Monday Thursday and Friday! Thanks for sharing, I will be using my first daily planner and I hope I can stick with it!
This was so helpful! I’m new to passion planners & I got an undated one, so I don’t know where to start! I liked the color blocking & To-Do list styles.
I love to mix time blocking and time tracking. On Sundays I Time block all my events and lectures for the coming week. When the days go on I Time block a bit more to plan study time and chores. Then I track my time during the day and compare my time blocks to the actual time used
I've become a very functional planner with time blocking and color coding. Now that I finally really know what works for me, I want to start introducing more stickers. (I tried stickers a few years ago, but it was very overwhelming since I didn't know what I was doing back then.)
Yes! I totally recommend figuring out how you use your planner before sticker-ing because it can be very overwhelming! Once you figure out how your planner works for you, then you can replace elements or add stickers.
Yes! Miracle Morning is a book (you can find my Amazon storefront in the video description.) The basic principles are that you wake up early enough to dedicate time to self-care and self-improvement. It's a quick read and I highly recommend it!

Humidity definitely messes with things. I think as long as you allow the Pima to dry, you can highlight over it you might not be able to right after you write. I remember trying to keep up with 3 kids schedules, wish I’d have thought of or seen the color bar!

It depends on the layout! I usually use for weekly goals/todo list. But I've also used that space for social media tracking, tracking my sales for Chelsea Brown Designs, a fun quote or I just leave it blank!
I use the to-do list on the bottom as a weekly goal to-do list and then the daily to-do list just keeps me on track for what I want to get done each day. I hope that helps!
Chelsea Brown Designs I think so. So, you use the bottom portion for big projects that need to be done and use the days as smaller steps to achieve completing them? If so, I thought about that and felt like I was doing double work. I was interested in seeing other ways that I could use that space so it doesn’t feel like I’m repeating myself. Any thoughts on that? I kind of like that you had a meal plan for one I believe but please let me know of others. Btw Thank you sooooo much for responding
